摘要: A drawing is read by a scanner to create raster data. A labeling process is executed for the data to extract a contour line for each pattern element resultant from the labeling process to produce contour line data and region data to manage, in a tree structure, information related to a circumscribed rectangle of each line segment of the contour line. When the operator picks by a pointing device a predetermined region on the screen of a display and a pair of line segments for recognition, there is retrieved region data corresponding to the specified region. After extracting contour line data associated with the retrieved region data, a center line creation process is executed according to the extracted contour line data.

摘要: An X-ray examination apparatus includes an X-ray diagnosis apparatus (first imaging area), an X-ray CT apparatus (second imaging area), a bed, and the X-ray diagnosis apparatus and the X-ray CT apparatus are arranged along a path of movement of a top plate of the bed in such a manner that the first and second imaging areas are spaced a predetermined distance from each other in a path of movement of the top plate. There is provided a top plate reciprocal movement control means which through operations of switches moves the top plate forward and backward between a first top plate position where a desired part of the patient is positioned at the first imaging area and a second top plate position where the top plate is spaced from the first top plate position toward the X-ray CT apparatus by a distance corresponding to the distance between the first and second imaging areas so that in the reciprocal movement of the two apparatuses, the top plate can be stopped at the first and second top plate position.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for determining the presence of a class of an antibody in a biological sample. In this method, a first reagent including insoluble particles having an antigen to the antibody immobilized on the surface thereof, and a second reagent including insoluble magnetic particles having immobilized on the surface thereof a substance particularly reactive to a specific immunoglobulin class, is reacted with the sample under conditions to promote agglutination of the first and second reagents with the antibody. The unreacted second reagent and the agglutinate are separated from the unreacted first reagent by application of a magnetic field. Then the amount of unreacted first reagent is determined.

That is, the image M(x, y) is obtained by Fourier-transforming at first the echoes S.sub.p (k.sub.x, k.sub.y) and S.sub.N (k.sub.x, k.sub.y) with respect to k.sub.y, multiplying complex numbers a.sub.1 and a.sub.2 to g.sub.p (k.sub.x, y) and g.sub.N (k.sub.x, y) obtained by this transformation; adding the results thus obtained, i.e. forming g(k.sub.x, y)=a.sub.1 g.sub.p (k.sub.x, y)+a.sub.2 g.sub.N (k.sub.x, y); and finally Fourier-transforming this g(k.sub.x, y) with respect to k.sub.x.

摘要: A quadrature probe for nuclear magnetic resonance includes two sets of coils which are combined with an angle of 90.degree. therebetween. 摘要: An NMR spectroscopic imaging method of obtaining separate spin distribution images for respective spectral components of the spectrum of an NMR signal caused by the chemical shift of nuclides of interest in an object includes providing for a transversal magnetization signal of the object placed in a static magnetic field. A position of the signal in a phase domain is translated in a K-space from the origin thereof. Further, the signal is sampled while rotating a position of the signal in the K-space plural times on a certain circle in the K-space by applying a rotating field gradient, thereby to obtain a group of signal data. Signal data trains each of which is composed of signal data present at the same position on the K-space in the signal data group obtained by the sampling during the plural signal rotations, is subjected to Fourier transformations, respectively, thereby effecting a spectral analysis of the NMR signal.

摘要: An NMR imaging method is disclosed in which an object is measured in accordance with a pulse sequence capable of expressing a difference between two of a plurality of chemical shifts by a phase difference in a signal, that is, a pulse sequence 90.degree.-.tau..sub.a -180.degree.-.tau..sub.b -spin echo (where .tau..sub.a .noteq..tau..sub.b) to obtain spin distribution data, a histogram with respect to the phase of the spin distribution data is formed to regard a phase corresponding to that one of a plurality of peaks of the histogram which exists at one end of the histogram, as a position-independent offset phase which is contained in the spin distribution data and is peculiar to an NMR imaging apparatus, and the spin distribution data is corrected using the offset value thus obtained, to extract spin density distribution data for each of the chemical shifts from the corrected spin distribution data.
