Abstract: To provide a laser oscillator allowing the use of a plastic lens in a semiconductor laser module for a high-output laser oscillator while being unlikely to reduce the efficiency of coupling to an optical fiber even if a laser output changes. A laser oscillator comprises a semiconductor laser module with multiple semiconductor laser elements. The laser oscillator comprises: multiple lenses in a first group provided in the semiconductor laser module for causing laser beams from the semiconductor laser elements to pass through; and a lens in a second group provided in the semiconductor laser module for causing all beams having passed through the multiple lenses in the first group to pass through. The lenses in the first group are plastic lenses. The lens in the second group is a glass lens.

Abstract: Provided is a soldering system that can raise the work efficiency related to the supply of a soldering target and soldering work, while decreasing the oxygen concentration by maintaining high airtightness in a space surrounding the soldering target. A soldering system includes a soldering device and a robot related to the soldering device, in which the soldering device is equipped with a container having an openable lid and accommodating a soldering target, and the robot performs conveying of the soldering target to the soldering device and opening/closing of the lid. In an embodiment of the soldering device, the container is a double structure in which an inner container is accommodated in an outer container, and a first nitrogen supply pipe and second nitrogen supply pipe, which are inert gas supply parts of separate systems, are respectively connected to the inner container and outer container.

The laser oscillation device includes a resonator part, which has an introduction port, through which a laser medium is introduced, and a discharge port, from which the laser medium is discharged, and which generates a laser beam, a laser medium-circulating pipe having one end connected to the introduction port, and the other end connected to the discharge port, a blower arranged in the laser medium-circulating pipe, to circulate the laser medium so that the laser medium is introduced from the introduction port to the resonator part, and the laser medium introduced to the resonator part is discharged from the discharge port, and a heat-insulating mechanism which is provided in the laser medium-circulating pipe, to block heat conduction between the laser medium flowing through the laser medium-circulating pipe and the laser medium-circulating pipe.

Abstract: A laser oscillator comprises a heat exchanger which cools a gas medium. The heat exchanger includes a cooling part which performs heat exchange between the gas medium and a cooling medium, a tubular member fixed to a frame body, and a foreign matter collection container. The tubular member is disposed so that the gas medium which flows out of the cooling part moves along an outer surface of the tubular member and then changes a proceeding direction to flow into an inlet portion. The foreign matter collection container collects foreign matters which are separated from a flow of the gas medium.

Abstract: An output coupler and a rear mirror of a laser oscillator are made of materials having first reflectance and second reflectance with respect to laser beam.
