摘要: An ultrathin copper foil with a carrier not causing blistering at a release layer interface, having a low carrier peeling force, friendly to the environment, and enabling easy peeling of a carrier foil and an ultrathin copper foil even under a high temperature environment and a printed circuit board enabling a stable production quality of a base of a printed circuit board for fine pattern applications using the ultrathin copper foil with the carrier, that is, a ultrathin copper foil with a carrier comprising a carrier foil, a diffusion prevention layer, a release layer, and an ultrathin copper foil, wherein the release layer is formed by a metal A for retaining a release property and a metal B for facilitating plating of the ultrathin copper foil, a content a of the metal A and a content b of the metal B forming the release layer satisfying an equation: 10≦a/(a+b)*100≦70and a printed circuit board prepared by using such a ultrathin copper foil with a carrier.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of producing cellulose comprising the steps of: (i) culturing filamentous fungus having the ability to produce cellulose; and (ii) recovering cellulose from a culture obtained by the step (i) and cellulose produced by filamentous fungi. The present invention provides technology to produce cellulose from filamentous fungi. Further, the present invention provides novel cellulose, which is produced by filamentous fungi and can be utilized as various industrial materials, additives, and the like.

摘要: The present invention provides methods forming the superconductor of as-grown film of MgB2 which is made with magnesium and boron ejected from a magnesium target and a boron target, respectively, each in simultaneously sputtering process. The as-grown film composed of a compound of magnesium and boron is a superconductor without being annealed. The present invention can be applied to fabricate an integrated circuit of superconductor film, because the high temperature annealing process for the as-grown film of MgB2 is unnecessary.

摘要: A process of manufacturing C.sub.10 -C.sub.20 .alpha.-olefin sulfonate solution of high concentration, which comprises subjecting .alpha.-olefin sulfonates having 10-20 carbon atoms to neutralization and hydrolysis in the presence of (a) an alkaline material equivalent to the sum (A+B) of an amount of alkali (A) necessary for performing neutralization and hydrolysis of said sulfonates stoichiometrically and an amount of alkali (B) equivalent to 0.2-1.5 times as much as said amount of alkali (A) by weight, (b) an alkylene oxide derivative and/or a polyvinyl alcohol equivalent to 0.2-2 times as much as said amount of alkali (B) by weight, and (c) water necessary for making the water content of the neutralization-hydrolysis product less than 50%.

摘要: The present invention provides, as a material for a golf club face of a driver, an iron or the like, a titanium alloy which satisfies the regulation for a coefficient of restitution, and has high Young's modulus and tensile strength and also has excellent hot and cold workability. The titanium alloy for a golf club face according to the present invention comprises, in percent by mass, 1.0 to 3.5% of Al, 0.5 to 1.4% of Fe, 0.2 to 0.5% or O and 0.002 to 0.030% of N, and the balance of Ti with inevitable impurities, wherein an α-phase is strengthened by combined addition of O and Al, and inexpensive Fe is selected as a β-phase stabilizing element, leading to high strength and high Young's modulus in combination. The content of Al causing deterioration of hot workability is limited to a low value, leading to low rolling load during hot rolling, and thus flaws and edge cracking are unlikely to occur during hot rolling.
