Abstract: A spray roller system for application of architectural paints coating, includes an extension tube, a spray head mounted on a distal end of the extension tube, and the in-line valve with a trigger mounted on a proximal end of the extension tube, and a roller handle removable mounted on the extension tube adjacent the spray head. The spray roller system can spray and back roll a coating on a down stroke and roll on each up stroke. When the roller handle is removed from the extension tube, it can be used to hand roll sensitive wall areas. With the roller handle removed, extension tube, spray head, and in-line valve can be used as a spray extension to apply coatings in hard to reach areas.

Abstract: A displacement pump includes a pump rod having a load concentrating feature extending from the head of the pump rod. The head of the pump rod is received within a slot of a drive link, and the drive link is configured to contact the load concentrating feature. Having the drive link contact the smaller diameter load concentrating feature reduces the misalignment between the driving force and the center of the pump rod and thereby reduces side-loading experienced by the pump rod. The displacement pump is configured to be used in a fluid dispensing system.

Abstract: A clamp is secured to a displacement pump, and the clamp includes an axial ring and a tightening ring. The axial ring is mounted above the tightening ring, and the axial ring is configured to align the displacement pump during mounting and to limit the stoke of a pump rod within the displacement pump. The tightening ring may be tightened such that the axial ring and the tightening ring exert a clamping force on a drive housing, which secures the displacement pump to the drive housing. The tightening ring may receive a projection extending from the drive housing to provide structural support to the drive housing.

Abstract: A sprayer attachment for a hand-supported power tool comprises a motion converting mechanism, a pumping mechanism, a spray assembly and a housing. The motion converting mechanism has an input shaft. The pumping mechanism is driven by the motion converting mechanism. The spray assembly is fluidly coupled to the pumping mechanism. The housing assembly couples the motion converting mechanism, the pumping mechanism and the spray assembly. The sprayer attachment may further comprise an anti-rotation bracket extending from the housing. The sprayer attachment may further be coupled to a handheld power tool, such as a cordless drill or a reciprocating saw, with the anti-rotation bracket.
