摘要: A wire or strip bending machine has bending tools (1,2), each of which can act as an active tool or mandrel, mounted on an arm (3) which is slidable in a slot (11) in a rotatable disc (10). The disc is rotatable via gearing (13,14) to rotate one of the tools about the other, to bend material between the tools.

摘要: A multispot grid-welding machine has an electrode-carrier beam movable up and down and a plurality of guide rods mounting a plurality of electrode units for movement on the beam. Pressure springs bias the electrode units in a direction towards the grid being welded, each electrode unit being movable into a working position and a rest position in which it is retracted. A plurality of return springs act on the electrode units, the return springs being considerably weaker than the pressure springs and acting to shift the respective electrode units on the working position into the retracted position. Devices are provided for advancing selected electrode units into the working position by overcoming the force of the return springs.

摘要: This multispotwelding machine serving for the production of grids or gratings has a welding electrode system (50, 51, 52) suitable for double spotwelding in the direction of the longitudinal members (L) and having two lines of weld (S1, S2), two crosswire feed lines (E1, E2) arranged in a fixed position at a distance apart (A), two crosswire transfer tools (4, 5) which are arranged on a common bearer (1), which can be shifted in the direction of the grid feed by a length of stroke (H) corresponding with the distance of the plane of symmetry (ME) of the feed lines from the plane of symmetry (MS) of the lines of weld (S1, S2) of the welding electrode system, as well as a grid feed mechanism (67). For enabling alteration of the crosswire pitches a mechanism (2, 3, 21, 23) is provided by which the crosswire transfer tools (4, 5) can, during the motion of the transfer tools, be adjusted on the common bearer (1) in opposite senses by equal amounts (x) in the direction of the longitudinal members (L), so that their lengths of stroke (H.+-.x) are altered in opposite senses with respect to the length of stroke (H) of the bearer (1).

摘要: An alternating voltage amplifier circuit has a plurality of semiconductor amplifier elements, preferably field effect transistors, operated in a grounded gate (base) configuration. The amplification direction is not to be determined until the application of specific operating voltages and is reversible by means of reversing such voltages. At least two semiconductor amplifier elements are provided in parallel to one another. One of the semiconductor amplifier elements is effective in one direction of amplification as an input amplifier and, with the other semiconductor amplifier element, in the other amplification direction has a power amplifier, the other semiconductor amplifier element being connectible or disconnectible upon reversal of the amplification direction.

摘要: The invention is concerned with an electrical resistance welding machine for producing a wire lattice by welding together longitudinal and transverse wires at their crossover points. The wires are fed stepwise between at least one pair of electrode devices and means synchronized with the feeding means bring the electrode devices together to clamp the wires at one of the crossover points to allow a welding operation to be effected. At least one of the electrode devices comprises a welding electrode in the form of a circularly cylindrical disc which is fitted to an electrode holder and can be rotated to bring new parts of its peripheral surface into the working position. The axis of the disc is inclined at an acute angle to the axial directions of the longitudinal and transverse lattice wires to provide an improved contact surface between the disc electrode and wires, particularly to avoid any tendency of the transverse wires to be displaced laterally by the contact pressure.

摘要: The invention relates to multi-spot-welding machines for the production of lattice gratings suitable for use for example as walk ways, and which consist of upright flat bars parallel to one another and cross-bars welded transversely into these and again parallel to one another. The flat bars are usually fed intermittently to welding electrodes. The machine of the invention has at least one pair of cooperating electrodes which are aligned in the feed direction of the flat bars and spaced apart a distance substantially equal to the desired spacing of the cross-bars. The or each pair of electrodes is pressed in turn against each pair or cross-bars to be welded and the upright flat bars themselves act as current bridges between the electrodes of the or each pair. An abutment supports the flat bars against the force of the welding electrodes and this abutment has considerably greater hardness and wear resistance than the flat bar material. The abutment is of suitable design and is suitably positioned to correct the deformation of the longitudinal bars which occurs when the transverse members are welded thereon.

摘要: The invention concerns a feed device for feeding rod or striplike material, the device having two or more feed members which are arranged to lie behind one another along a feed path of the material. Each of the feed members carries a plurality of grippers arranged at equal angular intervals around a central axis of the feed member and is connected with a gearing which imposes on the feed member a rotational motion about its axis and, simultaneously, a circular motion about a fixed axis parallel with its own axis. The arrangement is such that said rotational and circular motions are coordinated so that the grippers of each of said feed members describe a trochoidal path which includes a substantially straight-line section along the feed path. Devices are provided for the automatic actuation of the grippers during their sweep through the straight-line section and the motion of the two feed members is coordinated so that the grippers of one feed member engage the material alternately with the grippers of the other feed member with an overlap in time to provide continuous advancement of the material.

摘要: A method and a configuration for transmitting data over a radio interface which is organized into timeslots with finite radio blocks in accordance with a TDMA subscriber separation method are described. In the method, radio stations transmit, within a timeslot, at least two training sequences that are known to a respectively receiving radio station and by which the latter carries out channel estimations. The training sequences are positioned here in timeslot in such a way that the maximum distance between a data symbol and a nearest training sequence is minimized.
