Abstract:
A load control device for controlling the amount of power delivered to an electrical load from a source of AC power comprises a controllably conductive device and a variable gate drive circuit. The controllably conductive device is coupled in series electrical connection between the source and the electrical load to control the amount of power delivered to the load. The variable drive circuit is thermally coupled to the controllably conductive device and provides a continuously variable impedance in series with the control input of the controllably conductive device. The impedance of the variable drive circuit is operable to decrease as a temperature of the controllably conductive device increases and vice versa. Preferably, the variable drive circuit comprises an NTC thermistor. Accordingly, the switching times of the controllably conductive device, i.e., the times when the controllably conductive device is changing between the conductive and non-conductive states, remain constant, or alternatively decrease, as the temperature of the controllably conductive device increases.
Abstract:
A handle for mounting an electrical enclosure to a mounting structure is described herein. The handle can include a base having at least one enclosure coupling feature, where the at least one enclosure coupling feature is configured to couple to the electrical enclosure. The handle can also include a body disposed adjacent to the base. The handle can further include a structure coupling feature that protrudes from the body, where the structure coupling feature is configured to removably couple to the mounting structure. The mounting structure can have an opening in which the structure coupling feature is disposed.
Abstract:
A trapping device for trapping non-dispersing cloths in a toilet bowl is disclosed. The trapping device comprises a strap and a plurality of hooks. The trapping device may be installed in a trapway of the toilet bowl. The strap has a first end, a second end, and a middle portion, wherein the first end includes a first tab extending perpendicular to the strap and the second end includes a second tab extending perpendicular to the strap, and the middle portion is rounded. The plurality of hooks extend from an inner wall of the strap. The strap is made of a strap material that is resilient to bend and springs back to its previous shape, such as a stainless steel or a high density polyethylene.

Abstract:
Systems and methods are operable to synchronize presentation between video streams and separately received audio streams. An exemplary embodiment receives a first media content stream at a media device, wherein the first media content stream comprises at least a video stream portion; receives a second media content stream at the media device, wherein the second media content stream comprises at least an audio stream portion; delays the audio stream portion of the second media content stream by a duration corresponding to at least one synchronization time delay; communicates the video stream portion of the first media content stream to a visual display device; and communicates the delayed audio stream portion of the second media content stream to an audio presentation device, wherein a visual scene of the video stream portion of the first media content stream is substantially synchronized with sounds of the audio stream portion of the second media content stream.
Abstract:
Lighting devices are configured to communicate with one another and with external systems. Sensors located at such lighting devices communicate with the external systems and with others of the lighting devices. Lighting is controlled to maintain safety, to drive customer traffic within a retail facility, or to conserve energy. An application programming interface provides a common mechanism for control of various lighting device types.

Abstract:
The present invention provides a genetically modified feline or cell comprising at least one edited chromosomal sequence. In particular, the chromosomal sequence is edited using a zinc finger nuclease-mediated editing process. The disclosure also provides zinc finger nucleases that target specific chromosomal sequences in the feline genome.
