Abstract: A control information sending method, a control information receiving method, and a device, where a first device sends first control information to a second device on a first resource such that second device prepares data information based on the first control information and waits for sending the data information. The first device sends second control information on a second resource different from the first resource such that the second device sends the data information based on the second control information. The first resource is different from the second resource such that a duration of preparing the data information by the second device is greatly greater than an interval between control information and uplink data in one time interval, and the second device has sufficient time to prepare the data information.

Abstract: A method for adjusting power of a terminal includes monitoring, by the terminal, usage of an uplink carrier, where the carrier usage includes at least one of a quantity of carriers, duration of continuous use of one or more carriers, and a temperature of the terminal. The method further includes adding, by the terminal, a power back-off value during calculation of power headroom when the terminal detects that the carrier usage satisfies a preset condition, to reduce a value of power headroom of the one or more carriers. The method further includes reporting, by the terminal, the value of the power headroom to a network device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a resource selection method, including: determining, by a first terminal, at least one of second parameter information of a second terminal and configuration information; and determining, by the first terminal, a target threshold based on at least one of the configuration information, the second parameter information, and first parameter information of the first terminal, where the target threshold is used by the first terminal to perform resource selection. The embodiments of the present invention further provide a resource selection apparatus. In the present invention, a resource is selected by changing a target threshold based on different parameters. In this way, a signal-to-interference ratio is increased, an error rate is reduced, and a demodulation performance is improved.

Abstract: A self-contained subframe configuration method includes obtaining configuration information of a self-contained subframe of a current frequency band based on a subframe transmission direction of a neighboring frequency band. Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a transmission path switching method and apparatus. When a transmission path is switched, a currently used data transmission path is not directly switched from a first transmission path to a second transmission path after the second transmission path is configured, but after it is further determined that a first condition is met, the currently used data transmission path is switched from the first transmission path to the second transmission path, to avoid data interruption in a process of switching a data transmission path of an application from the first transmission path to the second transmission path. This improves use smoothness of the application.
