    摘要: A method of manufacturing a fin-tube heat exchanger which includes a multiplicity of plate fins arranged in a plurality of rows disposed at a predetermined pitch in the direction of air flow, and a jointless refrigerant pipe extending through the plate fins in a zigzag manner. Pipe-receiving holes are formed in each plate fin in an offset manner relative to the center of the plate fin. The plate fins are then placed in fin-receiving grooves formed in a straight fin positioning fixture at predetermined spacings such that the same longitudinal ends of the plate fins of alternating rows appear on the same side of the fin positioning fixture and such that the pipe-receiving holes are linearly aligned. The refrigerant pipe is inserted into the pipe-receiving holes and is expanded to make tight and close contact with the plate fins. The refrigerant pipe is bent in a zigzag manner so that the straight portiions of the pipe occupy corners of rectangles and so that a predetermined spacing is provided between the plate fins of adjacent rows. Finally, a twist is imparted to the refrigernat pipe to line up the plate fins and arrange the pipe such that the straight portions of the pipe are positioned in a staggered manner, as viewed in the direction of the rows.

The voltage control IC regulator 120 has a plurality of functions for assigning electrical characteristics limits or electrical characteristics beforehand. The voltage control IC regulator 120 also has switch terminals SW1 and SW2 that switch the plurality of functions that assign the electrical characteristics limits or the electrical characteristics. Electric potential levels of the switch terminals SW1 and SW2 can be changed by cutting cutoff portions CP1 and CP2 of an intermediate terminal 150 or leaving these cutoff portions connected.     摘要: In a thermal air flow sensor, an air flow measuring element and an intake air temperature sensing element of an intake air temperature sensor are mounted on a single support member so as to be positioned within an intake passage. The support member is made of a glass-ceramic material for example and is held by a holder secured to the wall of an intake pipe. The support member has a structure whereby both sides of a portion of the support member located on the side away from the intake pipe wall are easy to be taken away their heat by an air flow moving through the intake pipe. The air flow measuring element and the intake air temperature sensing element are disposed on such a heat-removed surface of the support member and are electrically connected respectively to conductors disposed on the support member, with their electric connections being sealed with resin, whereby the intake air temperature sensor and the air flow sensor can be rendered integral with each other.

    摘要: Picture elements and driving circuits for driving respective picture elements are monolithically formed on an insulating substrate. A protective circuit is provided for allowing input-output terminals of a driving circuit to conduct when a potential difference of not less than a predetermined value is generated. The protective circuit includes an MOS transistor, and a turn-on voltage thereof is set according to a thickness of a gate insulating layer. The protective circuit is formed on the insulating substrate simultaneously when forming the driving circuits. In this arrangement, because the turn-on voltage is set according to the thickness of the gate insulating layer and the thickness can be easily adjusted, an accurate turn-on voltage can be achieved. Since the arrangement prevents an increase in manufacturing cost, the driving circuits, etc., can be surely protected against static electricity generated in the manufacturing process and the input surge in the normal operation.
