摘要： The method for producing and securing an apertured disk for a fuel injector is distinguished by the use of the following method steps: a) making available a flat, metallic sheet having a constant thickness, b) reducing the thickness in one region of the sheet by impressing or embossing, c) introducing at least one spray-discharge opening in the region having reduced thickness, d) machining the sheet until an apertured disk having predefined outside dimensions is attained, and e) securing the apertured disk on a valve-seat member of the fuel injector in such a way that a lower end face of the valve-seat member overlaps an intake region of the apertured disk produced by the thickness reduction, such that the at least one spray-discharge opening is covered.

摘要： A fuel injector, in particular for direct injection of fuel into the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine, includes a valve-closure member which forms a sealing seat together with a valve-seat surface which is formed on a valve-seat member, and several injection orifices, each of which is connected with at least one spiral groove so that an outer edge of the swirl grooves coincides in part with a circumferential edge of the injection orifices. The swirl grooves extend generally perpendicular to a center line of the injection orifice associated with them.

摘要： A system for relative angle-of-rotation adjustment of a camshaft of an internal-combustion engine. An adjusting unit has an interior part connected with the camshaft, and a cell wheel with several cells distributed along the circumference. Interior part webs divide the cells into two pressure spaces. Hydraulic pressure admitted or relieved from the pressure spaces causes camshaft rotation between two end positions. A movable locking element in the cell wheel or the interior part opens up a hydraulic line to a pressure space when in an unlocked position. When in a locked position, bores in the interior part are closed off. The locking element can move into first and second unlocking positions, whereby the various bores are opened at desired intervals as the locking element moves. As a result, the useful life and the functionality of the locking device is improved.

The annular impact segment formed by the wedging possesses a defined impact face width or contact width which remains constant throughout the service life, since any wearing of the impact face does not lead, in continuous running, to an enlargement of the contact. The valve is particularly suitable for use in fuel injection systems of explosion-type, spark-ignition combustion engines.

The new valve needle includes a tubular actuation part, an armature section and a valve sleeve section and is manufactured by injection moulding and subsequent sintered according to a metal injection moulding method. Subsequently, the actuation part is connected to a valve closing element section by means of a weld connection such that the valve needle is manufactured in a simple and cost-effective manner.

The perforated plate is secured on a nozzle body of a fuel injection valve, in which a tight-seat face is embodied. Cooperating with the tight-seat face is a valve needle, to which an armature is secured, which is actuated electromagnetically by a magnetic coil. The perforated plate is secured downstream of the tight-seat face, and is provided with opposite disposed elongated indentations each of which slope toward and discharge into a cylindrical hole in order to form fanlike streams that are ejected through the cylindrical hole.

The surface of the hollow shaft is provided with a plurality of spaced, peripheral, outwardly projecting hollow ribs, which extend parallel to the longitudinal axis of the hollow shaft and substantially throughout the whole length of said hollow shaft, whereas each V-shaped pair of fingers is fixedly connected to a supporting base, the longitudinal axis of which extends in the connection direction of the two fingers and the underside of which has a shape adapted to the hollow rib and to the surface of the hollow shaft.

摘要： A rotary mower has a cutting plate to which freely pivotal blades are attached by retaining pins. Instead of riveting the pins directly to a leaf spring which holds the pins in place, a keyhole slot is provided in each leaf spring and a narrow waist of the retaining pin fits into rectilinear portion of the keyhole slot and is held in position there by a holding plate riveted to the leaf spring. This allows case hardening of the entire retaining pin and prevents nonuniform stresses in the latter from causing breakage.
