    摘要: A method of forming a tire innerliner having a cylindrical inner rubber layer and a cylindrical film formed of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition having a thermoplastic resin and an elastomer blended therewith. The cylindrical film is disposed radially outwardly of the cylindrical inner rubber layer. The method includes the following steps: wrapping an unvulcanized rubber layer cylindrically around a building drum to form the cylindrical inner rubber layer; and subsequently wrapping a sheet-shaped film formed of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition having a thermoplastic resin and an elastomer blended therewith cylindrically around the cylindrical inner rubber layer, which is already wrapped around the building drum, to form the cylindrical film. The unvulcanized rubber layer constituting the cylindrical inner rubber layer is a strip-shaped rubber layer, and the cylindrical inner rubber layer is formed by spirally winding the strip-shaped rubber layer.

    摘要: A pneumatic tire which uses, as an inner liner layer, a laminated sheet obtained by laminating an air permeation preventing layer, made of any one of a thermoplastic resin and a thermoplastic elastomer composition containing a blend of the thermoplastic resin and an elastomer, and a tie rubber layer, and which has high durability to prevent development of a crack in the tie rubber layer that occurs around a splice portion of the laminated sheet after the tire starts to be used. In the pneumatic tire, a sagged portion is formed by a concavo-convex structure in the air permeation preventing layer at least between points P and Q in a shape that a length La of a straight line connecting points P and Q and a length Lb of the air permeation preventing layer actually passing through points P and Q satisfy a relationship of (1.03×La)≦Lb≦(1.5×La).

    摘要: Provided is a method of manufacturing an unvulcanized tire, with which formation of air pockets is reduced in adhering a cylindrical film member and an adhesive sheet member to each other by using a forming drum having an expansion/contraction mechanism. In the method, a forming device having a forming drum (1) which has an expandable/contractible outer diameter and a forming roller (2) disposed in parallel to the forming drum (1) is used; a cylindrical film member (3) is wound around the forming drum (1) and the forming roller (2); thereafter, the diameter of the forming drum (1) is expanded whereby the cylindrical film member (3) is tensioned so as to be in close contact with the forming drum (1); and subsequently, an adhesive sheet member (4) is supplied and adhered to an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical film member (3) on the forming roller (2), while the cylindrical film member (3) is being moved in a circumferential direction by rotating the forming drum (1).

The method comprises wrapping an unvulcanized rubber layer 3′ cylindrically around a building drum 1 to form the cylindrical inner rubber layer 3 and wrapping a sheet-shaped film 4′ formed of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition having a thermoplastic resin and an elastomer blended therewith cylindrically around the cylindrical inner rubber layer 3 to form the cylindrical film 4. The method of producing a pneumatic tire uses the above method of forming a tire innerliner.

The present invention is the pneumatic tire including the film layers of the thermoplastic resin or the thermoplastic elastomer composition made by blending the elastomer with the thermoplastic resin, which are superposed by winding the film layer in the circumferential direction of the tire multiple times, the tire wherein a rubber film is interposed between the film layers. The process for producing the pneumatic tire includes: preparing a laminated body in which the rubber layer is stuck to at least one surface of the film layer; interposing the rubber layer between the film layers by winding the laminated body in the circumferential direction of the tire multiple times; forming an uncured tire which includes the film layers and the rubber layers; and curing the tire.

The shape-forming drum has circumferential belt-like grooves formed in its outer periphery, at positions corresponding to the positions of the adhesion sheets. A shape-forming drum having an elastic layer coated on its outer periphery can also be used as the shape-forming drum.
