摘要: A pneumatic tire can include a tread portion, a pair of sidewall portions, bead portions, and a carcass. At least one sidewall portion can include a first sidewall rubber arranged outside the carcass in a tire axial direction. The first sidewall rubber can include a different color rubber layer and a barrier rubber layer. The different color rubber layer can have a color different from a basic color of an outer surface of the at least one sidewall portion. At least a part of the different color rubber layer can be exposed in the outer surface of the at least one sidewall portion. The barrier rubber layer can be arranged between the different color rubber layer and the carcass. The barrier rubber layer can include a first portion having a rubber compounding to suppress migration of rubber compounding agents on the carcass side to the different color rubber layer.

摘要: A method for preparing diresorcinol sulfide includes reacting sulfur with resorcinol, wherein the sulfur is S8. Another method for preparing diresorcinol sulfide includes reacting sulfur with resorcinol, in the presence of an alkali or acidic catalyst. A further method for preparing diresorcinol sulfide includes reacting sulfur with resorcinol, at a temperature of from about 150° C. to about 200° C. to form a reaction mixture, wherein the sulfur is S8; and heating the reaction mixture to a temperature of from about 205° C. to 250° C. A particular method for preparing diresorcinol sulfide includes reacting S8 with resorcinol, in the presence of an alkali or acidic catalyst, at a temperature of from about 150° C. to about 200° C. to form a reaction mixture; and heating the reaction mixture to a temperature of from about 205° C. to 250° C.

摘要: Crumb rubber obtained from recycled tires is subjected to an interlinked substitution process. The process utilizes a reactive component that interferes with sulfur bonds. The resulting treated rubber exhibits properties similar to those of the virgin composite rubber structure prior to being granulated, and is suitable for use in fabricating new tires, engineered rubber articles, and asphalt rubber for use in waterproofing and paving applications.

摘要: A color rubber composition for tires according to an embodiment contains a rubber component, a pigment other than black or white, a petroleum wax, and a white filler. The petroleum wax has a normal/iso ratio (mass ratio) of 70/30 to 90/10. The carbon number distribution for iso components in the whole petroleum wax is 1.0% or less for 25 or less carbon atoms, 4.0 to 8.0% for 26 to 32 carbon atoms, 5.0 to 15.0% for 33 to 44 carbon atoms, and 1.0% or more for 45 or more carbon atoms. The carbon number distribution for normal components in the whole petroleum wax is 5.0 to 18.0% for 25 or less carbon atoms, 40.0 to 48.0% for 26 to 32 carbon atoms, 15.0 to 27.5% for 33 to 44 carbon atoms, and 2.0% or more for 45 or more carbon atoms.

The ethylene/α-olefin/non-conjugated polyene copolymer according to the present invention has constitutional units derived from ethylene (A), an α-olefin (B) having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, and a non-conjugated polyene (C) having a total of two or more partial structures selected from the group consisting of the following general formulas (I) and (II) in a molecule, and satisfies certain requirements.
