摘要: An optical image measuring device 1 splits low-coherence light L0 into signal light LS and reference light LR, and splits an optical path of the reference light LR into two optical paths having different optical path lengths to split the reference light LR into two reference lights LRa, LRb. Furthermore, the optical image measuring device 1 makes the reference lights LRa, LRb interfere with the signal light LS propagated through an eye E, generates an interference light LC reflecting a morphology in each of two depth positions (fundus oculi Ef and cornea Ec) of an eye E, and detects the interference light LC to generate a detection signal. Then, the optical image measuring device 1 forms a fundus oculi tomographic image and a cornea tomographic image based on the detection signals, and analyzes the tomographic images to obtain a distance between the cornea and retina of the eye E.

摘要: An apparatus for observing an eye comprises an imaging device (9) that is provided with a magnification unit (11) and an observation unit (10). The magnification unit (11) has an objective lens (12) for receiving observation light rays from the eye. The apparatus includes an optical coherence tomography (OCT) system (15) comprising an OCT light source (16) for emitting OCT light, as well as splitting means (17) for splitting the OCT light into a reference beam and a sample beam. The OCT system (15) comprises transferring means (33) for directing the sample beam from the splitting means through the objective lens to the eye. The OCT system comprises an OCT module (19) that is detachably connected between the magnification unit (11) and the observation unit (10).

摘要: According to the present invention, there is provided an ophthalmologic apparatus in which identifying power for the index or an index indicating state is improved to eliminate the confusion of a person to be examined, so that an eye examination time period can be shortened and the reliability of an eye examination can be improved. The ophthalmologic apparatus includes an index plate that displays an index, an index projecting optical system that projects the index to an eye to be examined, a variable cross cylinder that produces a pair of index indicating states of the index used for a cross cylinder test, a lamp and a liquid crystal screen that generate identifiers serving as identification information, and a dichroic mirror that combines the identifiers with the pair of index indicating states to be indicated to the eye to be examined.
