摘要: A method for manufacturing a magnet module. The method may include injecting a magnet module including a plurality of magnetless magnets arranged in a straight line; and magnetizing the plurality of magnetless magnets mounted on the injected magnet module. The injecting of a magnet module may include mounting the plurality of magnetless magnets to a first part forming a frame of the magnet module in a mold frame including first and second mold frames molded inside to fit an external shape of the magnet module; injecting a resin in a liquid state into the mold frame; and separating the mold frame when the resin is hardened. The injecting of a magnet module may further include mounting a metal plate to a second part forming a base of the magnet module in the mold frame, before performing the step of injecting a resin in a liquid state into the mold frame.

The linear motor according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may comprise: a primary member including a plurality of armature modules, each armature module including a magnet core including two or more protruding portions and a coil; and a secondary member including at least one magnet module. The primary member may be fixed and a movable member composed of the secondary member moves by generated thrust. And, along the moving direction, a first interval between first armature modules disposed in a first section may be different from a second interval between second armature modules disposed in a second section after the first section.

摘要: A linear motor is provided in which a magnetic attracting force acting between a stator and a mover is mechanically cancelled by arrangement of armature units, and can be easily assembled. The linear motor includes a primary-side member in which magnets are arranged in a traveling direction and a secondary-side member in which armature units each including a core and an armature winding are arranged in the traveling direction and in which a spacer is interposed between the armature units. The primary- and secondary-side members relatively move. When a side-surface member is slid in Y direction, the dovetail groove of the side-surface member and the dovetail tenon of the spacer are fitted together, and are combined together in a dovetail joint. When an upper-surface member is slid in the X direction, the dovetail groove and tenon are fitted together to have a dovetail joint there. The armature units and the spacers are combined together. A driving stage and an XY driving stage including this linear motor are also provided.

摘要: The present invention is characterized by a hybrid car comprising a motor generator mechanically connected with the crank shaft of an internal combustion engine for driving a car wherein the internal combustion engine is started by electric power supplied by a battery and power is generated by rotation from the internal combustion engine to charge the battery, an inverter for controlling the drive and power generation of the motor generator, and a control circuit for controlling the inverter, this hybrid car further characterized in that the motor generator is driven by battery power to start the internal combustion engine, and after the internal combustion engine has started, the battery is charged by the generator mode operation of the motor generator using the power of the internal combustion engine, wherein a step-down chopper circuit is provided between the battery and the inverter, and step-down control is provided to ensure that the power generation voltage will reach the level of the battery charging voltage through the step-down chopper circuit.

摘要: Disclosed herewith a compact linear motor provided with a plurality of magnetic pole teeth and used to increase the thrust force by canceling a magnetic attractive force working between the primary member and the secondary member. The linear motor comprises a primary member and a secondary member. The primary member includes cores formed with a magnetic material and an electromagnetic coil wound on the cores while the secondary member supported so as to be capable of moving relatively with respect to the primary member with a gap therebetween. In the linear motor, the coil that is wound commonly on the cores is also disposed between adjacent magnetic pole teeth.

摘要: One slot arranged between two slots containing a first armature winding contains a second armature winding for a phase different from a phase of the first armature winding; one slot arranged between the two slots containing the first armature winding contains a third armature winding for a phase equal to the phase of the second armature winding; and, one of the second armature winding and the third armature winding is arranged in a coil end portion in an outer peripheral side of the first armature winding, and the other is arranged in an inner peripheral side of the armature winding. With this, the projected height of the coil end portion of the stator can be reduced.

摘要: With an electric motor formed according to a prior art, there is a relatively large amount of magnetic flux leaking between an armature and a secondary, resulting in a problem that an electric current is large but a desired output is small. In addition, since a magnetic attraction acts only in one direction between the armature and the secondary, there is a relatively large load on the support structures of the secondary, causing a distortion in the motor structure and some other disadvantages. In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an improved electric motor comprising an armature having a core formed by a magnetic material and having a coil wound around the core; and a secondary disposed within the armature with a clearance formed therebetween and supported to be relatively movable with respect to the armature.
