    Abstract: This application provides a data transmission method and an apparatus, and relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to short-range communication, for example, a cockpit domain. This improves transmission efficiency and reduces system overheads and a latency. The method includes: A second node receives first configuration information from a first node. The first configuration information is used to configure a first time-frequency resource. The second node obtains first information corresponding to a first logical channel, where the first information is used to indicate whether segmentation of a data packet on the first logical channel is allowed, the first logical channel corresponds to a second time-frequency resource, and the second time-frequency resource is included in the first time-frequency resource. The second node sends first data to the first node by using the first time-frequency resource. This application is applied to data transmission.
