A data communication method, where a first device receives a request message from at least one second device, where the request message requests the first device to forward group data, and the request message carries a group identifier. The first device returns a response message to the at least one second device, where the response message carries a layer-2 address and an Internet Protocol (IP) address corresponding to the group identifier, and the first device sends the group data using the layer-2 address when receiving the group data sent by a third device to the IP address.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of communications technologies, and disclose a call termination method, an application processor, and a modem. In this solution, the application processor receives a hang-up instruction and sends a first message to the modem according to the hang-up instruction, where the first message is used to trigger the modem to directly terminate a call. The modem may terminate the call in a timely manner according to the first message. Therefore, a time consumed in call termination is reduced and efficiency is improved.

The present disclosure provides a ProSe information transmission method, a terminal, and a communications device. The method includes: acquiring, by a second terminal, a fourth code word broadcast by a first terminal, where the fourth code word is a code word that is allocated to the first terminal by a first ProSe entity; sending, by the second terminal, a first message to a second ProSe entity when the fourth code word matches a prestored code word, where the first message carries the fourth code word and a first application identity; receiving, by the second terminal, a second message sent by the second ProSe entity, where the second message carries a second identity; and discovering, by the second terminal, a first application user according to the second identity. The present disclosure is applicable to the communications field.

The method includes: a first ProSe entity receives a first message sent by a first terminal, where the first message carries a ProSe application identity APP ID; sends a second message carrying the ProSe APP ID to a second ProSe entity; receives a third message carrying a first identity sent by the second ProSe entity, the first identity is a codeword or mask allocated to the ProSe APP ID by the second ProSe entity, and the first identity includes a PLMN ID of the VPLMN; generates a second identity according to the first identity, where the second identity includes the first identity and a PLMN ID of an HPLMN of the first terminal; and sends a fourth message to the first terminal, where the fourth message carries the second identity.

The present invention provides a method for implementing a location update that includes: receiving a routing area update request message which includes a mixed location update indication and a routing area identification (RAI) and is sent by a serving radio network subsystem (SRNS); performing, at least according to the RAI, a routing area update; at least according to the routing area update request message, obtaining a location area identification (LAI) and an address of a visitor location register (VLR) which are of a 2G network system where a mobile terminal is located; and sending the location area update request message, which carries at least the mixed location update indication and the LAI, to the VLR corresponding to the address of the VLR such that the VLR corresponding to the address of the VLR implements a location area update, at least according to the location area update request message.

The present invention discloses a method, a system, a terminal, an MSC server, and an SCC application server for transferring a video call between access networks. The method includes: pre-negotiating, in a PS domain and through IMS signaling, a CS video call parameter; and, after a video call of a terminal is transferred from the PS domain to a CS domain, establishing a CS video call according to the pre-negotiated CS video call parameter. By using the technical solutions of the present invention, the CS video call parameter is pre-negotiated before the video call of the terminal is transferred from the PS domain to the CS domain, and after transfer to the CS domain, the CS video call is established by directly using the pre-negotiated CS video call parameter.

A wireless communication method is applied to a communications system including a UE, a RAN, a first core network entity, and at least one network slice. The wireless communication method includes: establishing, by the first core network entity, a signaling connection to the UE; receiving, by the first core network entity and from the UE via the signaling connection, network slice information and a non-access stratum NAS message; determining, by the first core network entity and based on the network slice information, a target network slice from the at least one network slice, where the target network slice includes a second core network entity, and the UE performs NAS communication with the second core network entity using the RAN and the first core network entity; and sending, by the first core network entity, the NAS message to the second core network entity.
