Abstract: Disclosed is an interference coordination method, a base station, and a high altitude platform station. The high altitude platform station receives information that includes a location of a base station and a radius of a central area of a coverage area of the base station, and calculates an interference start time and an interference end time according to the received information and a flight parameter of the high altitude platform station. The high altitude platform station sends interference coordination information to the base station, where the interference coordination information includes the interference start time, the interference end time, and a frequency band of a carrier used in both an edge area of a coverage area of the high altitude platform station and the central area of the coverage area of the base station. The base station adjusts the coverage area of the carrier according to the interference coordination information.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods, terminals, and base stations for terminal positioning method. One example method applied to a baseband unit (BBU) in an indoor distributed NodeB system includes: receiving an uplink positioning signal forwarded by multiple remote radio units RRUs, where the uplink positioning signal is sent by a to-be-positioned terminal to the multiple RRUs; selecting, from the multiple RRUs, at least two RRUs as target RRUs according to the uplink positioning signal and a preset rule; and respectively obtaining signal angles of arrival corresponding to the target RRUs, and determining a location of the to-be-positioned terminal according to the signal angles of arrival, locations of the target RRUs, and a preset algorithm.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention provides a data transmission method, which can improve an error correction capability during decoding. The method includes: determining, by a transmit end, a target code length L and an original code length K; generating an initial code block according to the original code length K, where the initial code block includes 2K initial code words; generating a superposition code block according to the target code length and an arrangement order of the 2K initial code words in the initial code block, and superposing the initial code words and the corresponding superposition code words to generate the block code words in the block code set, so that a difference between feature code distances in the block code set is ±1 or 0, where the feature code distance is a code distance between the block code words.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for accessing a wireless sensor network are provided in embodiments of this invention. The technical solution provided in embodiments of this invention includes: when receiving a first beacon frame, stopping channel scan temporarily, and establishing a new channel scan sequence according to operating channels of a current wireless sensor network recorded in the beacon frame. Non-operating channels are not included in the new channel scan sequence. Time for performing subsequence channel scan is reduced, so that the process of accessing the current wireless sensor network of a device node expecting for network can be accelerated.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for setting a network node location. The method is applied in a router in a ZigBee network and includes acquiring, by the router, a network parameter of at least one network device in a network connecting to the router; calculating the number of network parameters meeting a predefined threshold condition; mapping the number of the network parameters meeting the predefined threshold condition to corresponding indication information, wherein the indication information indicates deployment performance of the router in the network; and providing the indication information for a user, wherein the indication information is used to instruct the user to set a location for the router in the network.
