    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and device for acquiring and transmitting data by an STA in a wireless local area network. The method includes: transmitting, by the STA, a PS-Poll, and receiving downlink data returned by the AP upon receipt of the PS-Poll, in a reserved time period within a current beacon interval according to a TIM contained in a beacon, after learning that the AP has the downlink data of the STA according to the received beacon, wherein the reserved time period is a period of time interval within the beacon interval; retransmitting, by the STA, the PS-Poll after the reserved time period to acquire the downlink data, if the STA can not successfully receive the downlink data within the reserved time period. Through the above solution, a mechanism is provided to address a situation that unsuccessful receiving/transmission of data can not be handled.

    Abstract: A multicast packet transmission method and an apparatus are provided that relate to the communications field and define how multicast data is sent to stations (STAs) by using a multicast association identifier (AID). The method includes: allocating, by an access point (AP), a corresponding multicast AID to STAs, where the multicast AID is set in a short media access control (MAC) header of a multicast packet; and sending, by the AP, the multicast packet to at least two STAs, so that the at least two STAs determine, according to the multicast AID, whether the multicast packet is a multicast packet corresponding to the at least two STAs, where the at least two STAs are in a same multicast group.

The method includes: a first access point (AP) receiving a frame sent by a second AP, the frame carrying downlink data load of the second AP, and intra-frequency interference existing between the first AP and the second AP; and the first AP adjusting, according to downlink data load of the first AP and the downlink data load of the second AP, a channel bandwidth used for performing data communication with a station (STA), so as to reduce the probability that the first AP and the second AP transmits data by using same channel. By using the method and the device for dynamically adjusting a bandwidth, intra-frequency interference of devices in OBSS can be reduced.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and apparatus for receiving fragments as well as a method and apparatus for transmitting fragments. The method for receiving fragments includes: receiving a group of fragments from a transmitter through a first channel, where the transmitter suspend transmitting a next group of fragments after the group of fragments is transmitted; and transmitting one or a plurality of first acknowledgement messages to the transmitter through the first channel immediately after the group of fragments are received. According to embodiments of the present invention, the acknowledgement messages may be immediately transmitted to the transmitter through a current channel after one group of fragments are received through the current channel, thereby avoiding the delay of a fragment receiving and transmitting process, which is caused by the competition and occupation of the channel by other nodes, and thus improving transmission efficiency.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and device for acquiring and transmitting data by an STA in a wireless local area network.     Abstract: In at least some embodiments, a channel resource scheduling method includes sending a management frame that includes directional channel quality measurement information. The directional channel quality measurement information includes identifiers of at least two candidate station pairs selected by the access point to perform channel quality measurement and a channel resource that is used for directional channel quality measurement and that is allocated to each candidate station pair in the at least two candidate station pairs. A directional channel quality measurement report returned by each candidate station in the at least two candidate station pairs is received. At least two target station pairs to perform spatial sharing are selected based on the directional channel quality measurement report of each candidate station. In at least some embodiments, the directional channel quality measurement information can be carried in the management frame to save the channel resource and improve system efficiency.
