Embodiments of the present invention provide a short range communications method, device, and system, and relate to the field of communications, so that a UE can distinguish, on a short range link, a radio bearer corresponding to transmission of data information. The method includes: establishing, by a benefited UE, a mapping between a short range bearer and a first radio bearer, where a mapping is performed between the short range bearer and a second radio bearer on a supporting UE side, and a mapping is performed between the first radio bearer and the second radio bearer on a base station side; and performing, by the benefited UE, data receiving and sending by using the mapping between the first radio bearer and the short range bearer.

The present invention discloses a method for transmitting control information. Downlink control information is categorized into common control information and dedicated control information. A physical broadcast channel is extended by dividing a common control channel domain into a plurality of narrowband sub-control channel domains by adding a position identifier. Before a connection is established, the common control information is sent, according to the position identifier, in each sub-control channel domain of the common control channel domain. After the connection is established, a sub-control channel domain with a channel state that complies with a set standard is selected, according to a channel state of each sub-control channel domain, for sending the dedicated control information.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a remote electrical tilt unit, a base station, and a method for managing a remote electrical tilt antenna. The method includes: receiving, by the remote electrical tilt unit, permission configuration information sent by a first base station through a group of AISG ports of the remote control unit; configuring management permission of the first base station on the remote electrical tilt unit according to the permission configuration information, where the management permission includes at least control permission and query permission, and control permission on the remote electrical tilt unit can be allocated to only one base station. In this way, multiple base stations jointly manage a remote electrical tilt unit in a remote electrical tilt antenna, and a problem that it is difficult to locate and troubleshoot a fault when configuration of the remote electrical tilt unit is incorrect is resolved.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a user equipment pairing processing method, a network side device, and a user equipment. The method includes: acquiring, by a network side device, pairing request information of a beneficial user equipment and a candidate support user equipment that are to be paired; and implementing, by the network side device, pairing of the beneficial user equipment and the candidate support user equipment according to the pairing request information, and sending a pairing success message to the beneficial user equipment and the candidate support user equipment. In the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention, user pairing in cooperative communication is implemented.

The present invention discloses a group call method, device and terminal, belonging to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: calculating, according to the load of a RAN device, the number of subgroups in a group maintained by the RAN device; and send a paging message carrying relevant information of the number of the subgroups, so that a terminal receiving the paging message determines, according to relevant information of the number of the subgroups, whether to respond to the paging message. The device is a RAN device or a CN device. The terminal includes a receiving module and a processing module. In the present invention, the number of paging groups and an in-group terminal being paged are determined dynamically without requiring a core network to maintain subgroup information, thereby greatly saving subgroup maintaining resources as well as signaling and processing resources.

The method includes: determining, by a base station, an RB of a beneficial UE performing cooperative communication and a support UE corresponding to the RB of the beneficial UE; and sending cooperative RB configuration information of the beneficial UE to the beneficial UE, and sending cooperative RB configuration information of the support UE to the support UE, so that the beneficial UE and the support UE establish a corresponding cooperative RB, respectively, and the base station performs cooperative communication with the beneficial UE and the support UE.
