摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure include methods and devices for energy harvesting (EH) including an apparatus, e.g., an EH device, an energy transfer (ET) node, and/or a base station. An EH device may be configured to transmit a request for initiating an RF EH operation that may be received by one or more ET nodes and/or the base station, receive one or more responses to the request from the one or more ET nodes, and receive RF energy transmitted by at least one RF ET node selected by the EH device or the base station based on a set of criteria related to one or more of an RF ET node characteristic, an RF ET node connection quality characteristic, a distance characteristic, or a mobility characteristic. A base station may be configured to indicate for the selected RF ET nodes to transmit the RF energy to the EH device.

摘要: A base station may identify an association between a set of physical cell identifiers (PCIs) identifying different transmission reception points (TRPs) and a set of transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states for a user equipment (UE). The base station may transmit a TCI state and PCI association indication to the UE. The UE may receive a downlink transmission using a receive beam associated with a TCI state, and may identify a PCI of the set of PCIs to use to decode the received downlink transmission. In cases where the TCI state used to receive the downlink transmission is associated with multiple PCIs, the UE may select a default PCI from the multiple PCIs, and may decode the received transmission accordingly. In some examples, the UE may receive reference signals from one or more of the serving TRPs and may identify a PCI to use to decode the received reference signals.

摘要: Described are methods, systems, and devices for processing a Positioning Reference Signal (PRS) or other reference signal usable for determining a position of a User Equipment (UE). In some aspects, a UE is configured to report to a network entity information indicating a number of receive (Rx) chains used to determine one or more positioning measurements, thereby indicating the amount of uncertainty in the positioning measurement(s) and the precision of a resulting position estimate. In some aspects, a UE is configured to receive multiple PRS signals that at least partially overlap in time and to process each PRS using a separate set of Rx chains to obtain positioning measurements. As part of the processing of a PRS, the UE may align a search window to the PRS. In this manner, different search windows can be maintained for different PRS signals to maximize the signal-to-noise ratio of each PRS.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In a wireless communications system, a user equipment (UE) may use partial frequency sounding with different frequency subhop patterns so that a portion (which may be referred to as a subhop) of configured sounding reference signal (SRS) resources (e.g., a hop) are sounded. In some cases, a UE may receive a control message from a network entity identifying the frequency subhop pattern. In some cases, the network entity may configure a UE to transmit repetitions of the SRS in a same hop across consecutive symbols to increase a probability that the transmissions are successfully received and decoded by the network entity. As such, the network entity may configure a repetition factor for the frequency subhop pattern. In some cases, the frequency subhop pattern may introduce a frequency overlap between subhops.

摘要: An anchor UE may move or have a low transmission power and impact the accuracy of positioning estimates of a target UE based on measurements of the PRSs associated with the anchor UE. One or more candidate anchor UEs may be selected or excluded from being used for positioning based on one or more of a measurement quality metric of a position measurement of a candidate anchor UE, a mobility status of the candidate anchor UE, or a GDOP associated with the candidate anchor UE. A mobility status of the candidate anchor UE may be derived from reported positions of the candidate anchor UE or obtained from the candidate anchor UE. A UE selected as an anchor UE is used for positioning of a target UE, and a UE downselected from being an anchor UE is excluded from use for positioning of the target UE.
