摘要： A rate matching method is provided for a mobile communication system that performs an adjustment to a code rate based on an optimal level by puncturing or repetition to respective bit streams of transport channels. The rate matching method is preferably applicable to uplink and downlink rate matching for channel coding including turbo coding, convolutional coding and the like. The rate matching method for uplink can include executing coding for bits of a transport channel, and branching off the bits into a plurality of sequences, constructing a first interleaving pattern for the plurality of sequences, constructing a virtual interleaving pattern for at least one sequence based on a mapping rule with a corresponding first interleaving pattern and calculating different bit shifting values in each column of each virtual interleaving pattern. Then, a bit position to be punctured is determined in each constructed virtual interleaving pattern using the calculated bit shifting values.

摘要： Disclosed is a lance system for inter-tube inspecting and lancing as well as barrel spraying of heat transfer tubes of a steam generator in a nuclear power plant, so that foreign substances piled up around heat transfer tubes in the steam generator are removed using high-pressure water. The lance system includes a rigid guide support rail positioned above a Blow Down Lane (BDL) at the center of the steam generator, a locomotion box including a motor drive unit for inducing a rectilinear motion of a lance body and a motor drive unit for inducing a rotational motion of the lance body centering on a horizontal axis, the lance body including a circular barrel including a motor drive unit for vertically erecting or horizontally laying down a multistage circular pole assembly, and a flat plate provided with linear passages for passing high-pressure water hoses, an optical cable and control rods therethrough, a circular drum assembly for stably connecting the high-pressure water hoses, the optical cable and the control rods, and the multistage circular pole assembly being extensible and contractible by the movement of the control rods obtained by engaging teeth of a toothed belt unit, driven by a motor and positioned in the circular barrel, with gear teeth of the control rods, and two nozzle blocks, for barrel spraying, provided with barrel spray nozzles fixedly assembled therewith, symmetrically fixed to the inner surface of the circular barrel, wherein the multistage circular pole assembly is vertically erected in the operation of inter-tube lancing and inspecting, in which the lance system approaches inner parts of the heat transfer tubes and sprays the high-pressure water thereto, and is maintained in a horizontally laid-down position in the operation of barrel spraying.

摘要： Provided is a QoS providing method using a flow label in providing multimedia service in an IPv6 network and a system applying the same. According to the method, a signal connection server extracts session information from a communication request response signal transmitted from a destination in response to a communication request signal of a source, and transmits the extracted session information to a QoS provisioning server. The QoS provisioning server receives the session information, and generates a session key including flow label, and sets QOS information corresponding to the session key. The QoS provisioning server transmits the session key and the QoS information to an IPv6 node, and transmits QoS provisioning completion information to the signal connection server. When the signal connection server receives the QoS provisioning completion information, the signal connection server transmits the received communication request response signal to the source. The IPv6 node forwards an introduced packet on the basis of the transmitted session key and the QoS information.

摘要： Provided is a carrier recovery apparatus in a vestigial sideband modulation (VSB) type digital television (DTV) receiver. The carrier recovery apparatus dynamically controls a sign determination level which is a reference for determining a sign of an I signal in a sign extractor. Therefore, the carrier recover apparatus can eliminate unnecessary sign extraction caused by zero-crossing which is generated when the receiver receives a pilot signal weaken by a channel ghost, and improves the frequency lock performance in the receiver. Specially, the carrier recover apparatus. can effectively improve the frequency lock performance when comparatively large pattern jitter is existed in a low pass signal caused by a ghost signal produces a long delay time.
