Abstract: Technologies for cloud-based media search and editing include a video editor configured to build a media query and associate the media query with a dynamic content slot of a media program. When generating video output based on the media program, the video editor transmits the media query to a cloud analytics server and receives search results identifying one or more media clips produced by a number of mobile computing devices. The video editor may display a list of clips for selection by the user or may automatically include one of the clips in the output. The cloud analytics server transmits an acceptance policy defining criteria for acceptable media, based on the media query, to the mobile computing devices. The mobile computing devices configure capture settings according to the acceptance policy and may display a user interface to assist the user in capturing acceptable media. Abstract: In one embodiment, a trusted cloud service such as an “electronic vault” may store records of a consumer's electronic data file history. These documents may come from disparate providers and include financial statements and the like. The trusted vault cloud may act as an online notary to certify documents are legitimate and may be trusted. For example, a retailer may dispute whether the consumer paid a debt. To resolve the issue the retailer may access the cloud vault to retrieve a bank statement for the consumer, whereby the bank statement is electronically notarized by the vault cloud and is thus credible to the retailer. The retailer may then see proof the consumer had indeed paid a past debt to the retailer. Other embodiments are described herein.

Abstract: Technologies for directional wayfinding include a mobile computing device having one or more local location sensors to generate data indicative of movement of the mobile computing device. The mobile computing device captures first sensor data indicative of movement of the mobile computing device along a path and determines a series of waypoints based on the first sensor data. The waypoints may describe movement data of the mobile computing device, including length and direction of movement. The mobile computing device determines a series of directional instructions to guide a user of the mobile computing device back along the path in the reverse order and presents the directional instructions to the user. The mobile computing device may monitor the sensor data to determine whether the user has arrived at each waypoint while reversing the path.
