The illumination system includes a first illumination assembly and a second illumination assembly, each of the first and second assemblies including an illumination source directing illumination through a light pipe and a focusing lens to generate an illumination pattern directed towards a target object, wherein the light pipe includes an input surface and an output surface, the light pipe is configured to change the light intensity distribution at its output surface.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for imaging a target, includes a housing having a presentation area, a solid-state imaging sensor having an imaging array of image sensors looking at a field of view that extends through the presentation area to the target, and an imaging lens assembly for capturing return light over the field of view from the target through the presentation area, and for projecting the captured return light onto the imaging array during imaging of the target. The assembly has a plurality of lenses, an aperture stop, and a holder for holding the lenses and the aperture stop in spaced relation along an optical axis. The aperture stop has a non-rotationally symmetrical aperture through which the optical axis extends. Alignment elements on the imaging lens assembly are used to align the non-rotationally symmetrical aperture with the imaging array.

By way of one example, a method of managing a given process in a data-centric manner in a client/server environment, comprising at least one client and at least one server, comprises the following steps. In response to the request obtained from the client, the server generates an entity, wherein the generated entity is represented in terms of a data model and a lifecycle model associated therewith, wherein the lifecycle model comprises states and state transitions with each transition caused by one or more activities in the given process, and wherein the given process is represented as a collection of communicating entities. The server sends a response to the at least one request to the client, wherein the response is based at least in part on the generated entity.

    摘要: A configurable multi-standard receiver. A receiver comprises a mixer, a processing module and an analog to digital converter is disclosed to receive multi-standard radio signals. The processing module includes a first selection switch and first parameter control, where the first selection switch configures the processing module as a complex filter or a real-valued filter and the first parameter control configures the characteristics of the filter. Furthermore, the analog to digital converted is preferably implemented using sigma delta modulation to achieve a desired noise shaping. The sigma delta modulation comprises a second selection switch and second parameter control. The second selection switch configures the sigma delta modulation to function as a unit having a complex loop filter or a unit having real-valued loop filters. The second parameter control configures the characteristics of the loop filter. The settings for the first and second selection switches and the first and second control parameters may be stored in a control register.

The optical component includes a plurality of compound conic elements spaced apart from one another along one of the directions. Each compound conic element has a pair of conic segments for modifying the light along the one direction. A collimating lens modifies the light along the other of the directions. A solid-state imager has an array of image sensors for capturing return light from the symbol over a field of view having different extents along the intersecting directions.
