摘要： The present invention relates to methods of detecting, in a sample, embryonic stem cells, induced pluripotent stem cells, and/or cells undergoing reprogramming to produce induced pluripotent stem cells. These methods include providing a sample potentially containing such cells and providing a rosamine derivative compound of the formula (I): where the rosamine derivative compound selectively produces fluorescent signals for embryonic stem cells, induced pluripotent stem cells, and/or cells undergoing reprogramming to produce induced pluripotent stem cells. These methods also include the steps of contacting the sample with the rosamine derivative compound and detecting the presence of the embryonic stem cells, induced pluripotent stem cells, and/or cells undergoing reprogramming to produce induced pluripotent stem cells based on fluorescent signals emitted by the sample following said contacting.

摘要： An apparatus for enhancing intelligibility of speech and a voice output apparatus using the same are provided. The apparatus detects a level of a voice frame of an input signal through an input envelope detection unit, provides the level to a cutoff frequency estimation unit, detects a level of a voice frame of an output signal through an output envelope detection unit, provides the level to the cutoff frequency estimation unit, determines a difference value between a level of an N-th voice frame that is received from the input envelope detection unit and a level of an (N−1)st voice frame that is received from the output envelope detection unit in the cutoff frequency estimation unit, calculates a cutoff frequency for amplifying a consonant component of the input signal with the difference value, and a shelving filter filters the input signal according to a cutoff frequency that is calculated by the cutoff frequency estimation unit and selectively amplifies a portion that is estimated as a consonant component of the input signal. Accordingly, the shelving filter dynamically changes a cutoff frequency according to more or less of a consonant component in the input signal and according to less being changed, amplifies a high frequency component corresponding to a consonant component of the input signal and attenuates a low frequency component and thus the consonant component is selectively emphasized, whereby speech intelligibility is enhanced.

The streaming content management apparatus divides the streaming content incoming through a broadcast channel in units of segment and stores segments of the streaming content with storage index and chapter information such that it is possible to quickly retrieve a playback position using the storage index or chapter information.

摘要： A digital DC-DC converter is implemented using first-order delta-sigma modulation, rather than A/D conversion. In the DC-DC converter, a PWM generator converts an input DC voltage to a preset level DC voltage according to an input PWM signal. A converter converts the DC voltage from the PWM generator to a preset level voltage. A delta-sigma modulator converts a feedback voltage Vfd corresponding to the output voltage Vout of the converter to a 1-bit digital voltage Vo according to a preset reference voltage Vref. A counter counts logic 1's in 1-bit digital voltage signals Vo from the delta-sigma modulator. A delay controller controls a high-level delay time according to the number of logic 1's counted by the counter and transfers a PWM signal having the controlled high-level delay time to the PWM generator.
