    摘要: A position, behavior state and movement state of a moving object are detected, together with plural categories of track segment region and stationary object regions, using an environment detection section. A presence probability is applied to the detected track segment regions and stationary object regions and a presence probability map is generated, using a map generation section. A moving object position distribution and movement state distribution are generated by a moving object generation section based on the detected moving object position, behavior state and movement state, and recorded on the presence probability map. The moving object position distribution is moved by a position update section based on the moving object movement state distribution. The moved position distribution is changed by a distribution change section based on the presence probabilities of the presence probability map, and a future position distribution of the moving object is predicted on the presence probability map. Consequently, the future position of the moving object can be predicted with good precision under various conditions.

    摘要: A braking control system (1) includes: an ECU (20) that determines the likelihood of collision with an object based on detection results by a millimeter wave radar (10), a stereo camera (11) and the like; a brake actuator (30) that automatically applies a braking force based on the determination results; a steering angle sensor (14) that detects the steering condition by a driver; and so forth. When it is determined that a collision with an object is likely and automatic braking is started, and it is subsequently determined that a collision with the object is avoided through a steering operation by the driver, the ECU (20) sets a smaller gradient with which the target deceleration (target braking force) in the automatic braking is reduced in comparison to when a collision with the object is avoided not through the steering operation by the driver.

    摘要: An air conditioner has a refrigeration system with a compressor, a motor for air-circulating fans, indoor and outdoor heat exchangers and a four-way valve connected through refrigerant conduits such that it can be operated selectably both for cooling and for heating. An electric heater is also provided for heating. An electrical circuit for the air conditioner has a series connection of (1) a first temperature switch which opens when the temperature of the motor becomes too high, (2) a thermostat of an ordinary kind which places its connector piece in an open or closed position by comparing room temperature with a user-set temperature level, (3) a relay which controls the switching of the compressor of the air conditioner on and off, and (4) a second temperature switch which opens when the temperature of the electric heater becomes too high.
