    摘要: Disclosed is a method of accepting a QoS request for utilizing resources of a network in a predetermined quality. The method receives from a terminal connected to the network a resource unnecessity notification indicating that resource allocated to the terminal has become unnecessary, and holds, as a free resource information, information on a free resource which is a resource notified by the resource unnecessity notification as unnecessary resource. Then, the method receives the QoS request from the terminal, and determines whether the free resource meets the received QoS request or not on the basis of the free resource information. The method allocates the free resource to the terminal when the free resource meets the received QoS request, and transmits information on the allocated free resource to the terminal.

A model simulation engine simulates an image formation under a corrected focus calculated by multiplying a defocus of the projection optical system by the correcting scaling value to model a calculated critical dimension of an image. A bias corrector adds the correcting bias to the calculated critical dimension to correct the image.

    摘要: An attraction acquisition unit of a first router acquires attraction values of third and fourth routers. When many packets the destination of which is a second router (identifier “A”) are then inputted to the first router, a traffic control unit distributes the many packets among communication interfaces so that a higher volume of traffic is sent to a communication interface with which a larger attraction value is associated. The traffic control unit then sends the many packets via the communication interfaces. As a result, a good part of the many packets are limited to a transmission route via the third router.
