    摘要: A system for facilitating debt instrument transactions has a processor for communication with a plurality of remote computers via a network. The processor is configured to store a data structure in a memory. The data structure has data items associated together as a user profile. The data items comprise data representative of a financial condition and creditworthiness for a user associated with the user profile. The processor is further configured to complete a debt instrument transaction between the user and a lender in response to inputs from a plurality of the remote computers. The processor is further configured to detect the completed debt instrument transaction, and in response to detection of the completed debt instrument transaction, automatically update the stored user profile based on the completed debt instrument transaction and republish the updated user profile so a lender may extend an offer to the user regarding another debt instrument transaction.

    摘要: A tensioner for tensioning foundation bolts generally used in securing large utility towers is provided. The tensioner generally comprises a hollow outer body through which the foundation bolt can extend. The lower end of the body, which is adapted to abut onto the foundation surface from which the bolt extends, is provided with an opening allowing access to a foundation nut threaded onto the foundation bolt. The upper end of the outer body slidingly receives therein an inner body with which it defines an annular hydraulic piston, the inner body being configured with a seat portion for receiving and engaging a split nut mounted to the foundation bolt. Upon providing hydraulic fluid to the tensioner, the hydraulic piston urges the split nut, engaged to the foundation bolt, upwardly, thereby tensioning the foundation bolt. The load in the bolt is then maintained by threading down the foundation nut until it abuts onto the foundation surface.

    摘要: Systems and methods for controlling the use and duplication of digital content distributed on removable media are described. In accordance with embodiments of the present invention digital content is protected by allowing a particular number of protected (e.g., encrypted) copies of the digital content to be made. Typically, these copies may only be used on and moved between authorized devices. In one embodiment, if copies are desired, the maximum number of allowable copies of the protected digital content are made and stored on a computer's hard drive when the storage medium (e.g., a CD) containing the content is inserted into the computer. Each copy can then be moved but not copied to other devices (e.g., portable solid state devices). In an alternative embodiment, the storage medium containing the digital content is writable (e.g., a CD-R). When the storage medium is inserted into the computer, the computer writes information to the storage medium which regulates future copying and playing of the digital content on the storage medium.

The disposition of the parking sections (22) allows the steered vehicles (10) to park close to the platform edge.     摘要: An extension fixture for combining the clamping capacity of a first and a second bar I-beam cross section bar clamp. The first and second bar clamps each have a fixed jaw, a movable jaw, and a primary bar. The movable jaw of each bar clamp has a clamping means configured to provide a clamping force in the direction of the fixed jaw. To use the bar clamps with the extension fixture, the movable jaw is removed from the first bar clamp, and the movable jaw orientation on the second bar clamp is reversed so that the clamping means is then configured to provide a clamping force away form the second fixed jaw. The first and second primary bars are then inserted into the extension fixture, and pinned and clamped in position. The assembly then forms a combined capacity bar clamp.

The first network device receives a data packet and determines a QoS level for the data packet. The first network device also determines a sequence number for the data packet based on the QoS level. The first network device then marks the data packet with the sequence number. The system also may include a second network device. The second network device receives from the first network device the data packet marked with the sequence number based on the QoS level of the data packet. The second network device determines an expected sequence number window based on the QoS level of the data packet. The second network device then determines whether the sequence number of the data packet is within the expected sequence number window for the QoS level.
