摘要： A tensioning device for stretching a threaded bolt by applying tension to the threaded portion of the threaded bolt has a base and a support tube surrounding the threaded bolt and supported on the base. A cylinder housing is arranged as an axial extension on the support tube. A piston is moveably arranged in the cylinder housing and delimits together with an inner wall of the cylinder housing a hydraulic operating chamber. An interchangeable bush is rotatable relative to the piston and can be entrained axially by the piston. The interchangeable bush has an internal thread to establish a screw connection to the threaded portion. A device for path and/or position detection with first and second interacting elements is provided. The first element is fastened to the at least one piston and faces the cylinder housing. The second element is fastened to the cylinder housing and faces the piston.

摘要： A tensioning device for a thread end portion of a bolt has a cylindrical housing and a piston, moveable in longitudinal direction therein and connectable to a hydraulic supply. An interchangeable sleeve extends centrally through the piston. At its end it has an internal thread with engagement length to be screwed onto the thread end portion. The sleeve has a radially expanded portion carried axially by a carrier face of the piston. In order to prevent the sleeve from prematurely contacting the threaded bolt when mounting the bolt tensioning cylinder and prevent damage to the threads, the sleeve is moveable longitudinally relative to the piston. The longitudinal sleeve travel is defined by the carrier face as first longitudinal stop and by a second longitudinal stop. The longitudinal sleeve travel is at least equal to, preferably greater, than the engagement length of the internal thread of the sleeve.

摘要： The screw tensioning device comprises a support tube (12), a cylinder member (15) and a piston section (17). The piston section serves for moving a tensioning bolt (20) screwed onto the thread of a threaded bolt (31). Provided according to the invention is a depth measuring device (35), which presents an externally visible indication of the screw-in depth (ET) of the threaded bolt (31). This ensures that, when the threaded bolt (31) undergoes extension under strain, there is a threaded engagement with the tensioning bolt (20) along a sufficiently long distance. This avoids the hazard that the screw tensioning device might break off from the threaded bolt.
