摘要: A dehumidifying apparatus capable of continuously supplying dry air having an absolute humidity of 4 g/kgDA or lower is provided. The dehumidifying apparatus has a moisture adsorbing device for removing moisture from process air and for being regenerated by desorbing moisture therefrom with regeneration air B, and a heat pump having a condenser for condensing a refrigerant to heat the regeneration air at the upstream side of the moisture adsorbing device, an evaporator for evaporating the refrigerant to cool the regeneration air to a temperature equal to or lower than its dew point at the downstream side of the moisture adsorbing device, a pressurizer for raising a pressure of the refrigerant evaporated by the evaporator and delivering the refrigerant to the condenser, and a heat exchanger for exchanging heat between the regeneration air flowing between the moisture adsorbing device and the evaporator and the regeneration air flowing between the evaporator and the condenser, wherein said regeneration air is used in circulation. Since moisture is removed from the process air by the moisture adsorbing device, it is possible to obtain air having a low dew point equal to or lower than an freezing point, i.e., a low absolute humidity of 4 g/kgDA or lower.

摘要: A heat exchanger of a high heat exchange efficiency with a small size for its large heat exchanger duty is provided. The heat exchanger comprises: a first compartment 310 for flowing a first fluid A; a second compartment 320 for flowing a second fluid B; a first flow passage 251 passing through the compartment and for flowing the third fluid for exchanging heat with the first fluid A; and a second flow passage 252 passing through the compartment and for flowing the third fluid for exchanging heat with the first fluid B; the first and second flow passages 251, 252 are formed as an integral passage; the third fluid flows through from the first flow passage 251 to the second flow passage 252; the third fluid evaporates in the first flow passage 251 at a specific pressure; the third fluid condenses in the second flow passage 252 at the approximately specific pressure. Since the third fluid flows from the first flow passage to the second flow passage, heat transfer from the first compartment to the second compartment is allowed. High heat transfer coefficient is achieved due to evaporating heat transfer or condensing heat transfer.

摘要: A highly reliable air conditioning system which can be operated by commonly available compressors and produce a higher energy utilization efficiency in desiccant assisted air conditioning process while offering an economical cost of purchase as well as operation is disclosed. The air conditioning system is made by combining a desiccant assisted air conditioner with a plurality of vapor compression refrigeration circulation units, each unit having a compressor, an evaporator and a condenser. The circulation units are arranged so that the evaporators and the condensers are disposed in a last-come-first manner in relation to an order between a process air passage and a regeneration air passage.

摘要: A desiccant assisted air conditioning apparatus incorporates an absorption heat pump device to produce improved operating efficiency. The heat pump device has circulation units 1 and 2, each of which includes an evaporator, an absorber, a generator and a condenser and heat exchangers provided by heat transfer pipe action. The absorber in unit 1 operates at a higher temperature than the absorber in the absorber in unit 2 so that heat transfer can occur through heat transfer pipes acting as heat exchangers between the first evaporator and the second absorber in the two units. The heat of condensation from units 1 and 2, as well as the heat of absorption from unit 1 are used to heat regeneration air for regenerating the desiccant. The heat of evaporation in unit 2 is utilized to produce chilled water for cooling the process air in the air conditioning apparatus. The use of heat enabled by the heat pump device achieves a high level of energy conservation for performing desiccant assisted air conditioning apparatus which operates at high efficiency.
