    摘要: A scintillator for radiation detection obtained by coating a light reflective material in a thickness of 50 to 150 .mu.m by a screen printing method on the surface of a solid scintillator material substrate is excellent in uniformity, dimensional accuracy with high light output. When the light reflective material layer is covered with a synthetic resin film, adhesive strength of the light reflective material layer to the substrate is increased remarkably.

    摘要: To provide an electronic timepiece enabling reliable detection of a state of rotation of an indication wheel such as a date dial.An ultrasonic motor 1130 has an ultrasonic rotor pinion 1134b. A date dial 1120 is disposed on a main plate 1102 in such a way as to rotate relative thereto. The ultrasonic rotor pinion 1134b is meshed with an intermediate date driving gear wheel 1142a. A date driving wheel 1150 is rotatably disposed on the main plate 1102. A date driving gear wheel 1150b is meshed with an intermediate date driving pinion 1142b. A date driving gear portion 1150b is meshed with a dial gear portion 1120a. A contact point spring 1160 is disposed on a spring guiding portion 1150d. The contact point spring 1160 rotates integrally with the date driving wheel 1150 through the rotation of the date driving wheel 1150. The state of rotation of the date driving wheel 1150 can be detected by contact of the contact point spring 1160 with the contact point pattern 1174.

An escape wheel & pinion 50, a pallet fork 60 and a balance 70 have their center of rotation within a third domain 330 or a fourth domain 340, respectively. A setting lever 120 and a yoke 130 are disposed on the front side of the main plate 22 and have their center of oscillation within the second domain 320, respectively. A yoke holder 140 holds a part of the setting lever 120 and a part of the yoke 130, respectively.

    摘要: Piezoelectric ceramics containing PbO and TiO.sub.2 as its principal constituents, and further containing 0.5 to 3.7 mol-% of Nd.sub.2 O.sub.3 and 0.2 to 1.5 mol-% of MnO.sub.2. Since the piezoelectric ceramics is low in the dielectric constant and is especially small in the temperature coefficient of the delay of surface acoustic waves, it is suitable for a surface acoustic wave device. Piezoelectric ceramics in which 0.3 to 3.3 mol-% of In.sub.2 O.sub.3 is further added to the above-mentioned composition has a still smaller temperature coefficient of the delay of surface acoustic waves, and it is also possible to make this coefficient zero.
