    摘要: An information processing apparatus includes an area environment load calculation module, a user environment load calculation module, a user improvement environment load calculation module, a comparison module and an output module. The area environment load calculation module calculates an environment load in an area in a room. The user environment load calculation module calculates an environment load of each user staying in the area based on the environment load calculated by the area environment load calculation module. The user improvement environment load calculation module calculates, based on a policy set in advance, an environment load of each user when the policy is adopted. The comparison module compares the environment load calculated by the user environment load calculation module with the environment load calculated by the user improvement environment load calculation module. The output module outputs the policy based on the number of users.

    摘要: The lubricating base oil of the invention satisfies at least one of conditions (a) or (b) below. The lubricating oil composition for an internal combustion engine according to the invention comprises the lubricating base oil of the invention, an ashless antioxidant containing essentially no sulfur as a constituent element, and at least one compound selected from among ashless antioxidants containing sulfur as a constituent element and organic molybdenum compounds. Also, a lubricating oil composition for a power train device according to the invention comprises the lubricating base oil of the invention, a poly(meth)acrylate-based viscosity index improver and a phosphorus-containing compound. (a) The saturated component content is 90% by mass or greater, and the proportion of cyclic saturated components among the saturated components is 10-40% by mass.     摘要: A tool holder is equipped with a tip run-out correction mechanism for correcting run-out of the tip of the tool. The tip run-out correction mechanism includes an annular stepped portion formed on a cylindrical support portion of a holder body; a ring member rotatably fitted onto the annular stepped portion; an eccentric cam disposed within the ring member, the eccentric cam extending radially through the ring member and being rotatable about a radially extending axis; and a pin disposed within the ring member to be movable along a direction parallel to the center axis of a flange portion of the holder body. One end of the pin is in contact with the eccentric cam, and the other end of the pin is in contact with a rear end face of a clamp sleeve which clamps a tool inserted into a chuck sleeve of the holder body. The eccentric cam is rotated so as to adjust press force that the pin applies to the rear end face of the clamp sleeve, to thereby elastically deform a base end portion of the chuck sleeve in a radial direction in such a manner that tip run-out of the tool approaches zero.

In the apparatus, a verification data holding element holds a verification data. A data generation element generates a data body at a predetermined timing. Whenever the data body is generated, a verification value generation element generates a new verification value based on the verification value held in the verification value holding element and the data body newly generated. The verification value held in the verification value holding element is then updated with the new verification value. A data storage element stores the data bodies generated by the data generating element in order. On receiving a verification data outputting request, a verification data outputting element generates a signature value based on the verification value held in the verification value holding element and outputs verification data generated by concatenating the signature value with the data body stored in the data storing element.

    摘要: An end mill chucking structure for chucking an end mill having a relatively small diameter and used, for example, for deep milling of a die. The end mill chucking structure includes an end mill holder and an end mill. A holder body has a taper hole formed therein. The end mill includes an end mill body and a cutting tip provided at an end portion of the end mill body. A portion of the end mill body located opposite the cutting tip serves as a tapered shank portion. The shank portion and the rest of the end mill body are bounded by a shoulder extending outward from the surface of the shank portion. The shank portion is press-fitted or shrink-fitted into the taper hole such that the end face of the holder body abuts the shoulder of the end mill body, through application to the holder body of heat at a temperature lower than a conventional shrink-fitting temperature.

    摘要: A tool holder includes a holder body which in turn includes a shank portion, a flange portion, and a tool attachment portion; a taper cone fitted to the shank portion; an elastic member interposed between a rear-end face of the flange portion and a front-end face of the taper cone; and a stopper member disposed on the shank portion so as to support a rear-end face of the taper cone. The outer surface of the taper cone is tapered at an angle equal to that at which the wall surface of a taper hole formed in a spindle of a machine tool is tapered. The inner surface of the taper cone and the outer surface of the shank portion are equally tapered at an angle smaller than the angle at which the outer surface of the taper cone is tapered. Through drawing of the holder body, the taper cone expands radially to thereby be tightly held within the taper hole. A spacer is bonded to the end face of the spindle so as to eliminate a gap which is formed between the flange portion and a spindle.
