Abstract: A method for a user equipment (UE) connecting to a network includes: if second connection is to be executed by means of a second access, determining whether or not first connection has been previously executed by means of a first access; and, if the first connection by means of the first access has been executed and the second connection by means of the second access is determined to be an addition, transmitting a connection request message comprising identification information of a control plane (CP) function node. The identification information of the control plane (CP) function node could have been obtained during the first connection by means of the first access. Both the first connection by means of the first access and the second connection by means of the second access can be managed by means of the control plane (CP) function node.

Abstract: A disclosed feature of the present specification provides a method for a source cell determining a handover of a packet data unit (PDU) session. The method may include a step of determining a target cell or target next generation radio access network (NG-RAN) based on a measurement report by a terminal. A handover region list can additionally be considered in the target cell or target NG-RAN determination step. The method may include a step of transmitting a handover request message that does not include context with respect to the PDU session to the target cell or target NG-RAN, based on the handover region list, if it is confirmed that the determined target cell or target NG-RAN cannot serve for the PDU session.

Abstract: A method for transmitting, by a first mobility management entity (MME), a group message in group units, to which a plurality of terminals belong, in a wireless communication system according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise the steps of: receiving a group message request message requesting for transmission of the group message, wherein the group message request message includes a group identifier (ID) of a group to receive the group message, delivery contents to be transmitted to the group, and validity time which buffers the delivery contents; detecting a first terminal connected to the first MME within the validity time; confirming whether the group ID of the detected first terminal is identical to the group ID of the group message request message; and, if the two group IDs are identical, transmitting the delivery contents to the first terminal.

Abstract: The present description discloses a method for performing network selection and traffic routing by a user equipment (UE). The method can comprise the steps of: a non-access stratum (NAS) of the UE receiving from a mobility management entity (MME) an indication, for wireless local area network (WLAN) offloadability for a first public data network (PDN) connection, and information about a network-based IP flow mobility (NBIFOM); the NAS of the UE determining whether or not a collision exists between the indication and information; the NAS of the UE deciding for a suspension of the NBIFOM on the basis of the existence of collision; and the NAS of the UE transmitting to a PDN gateway (P-GW) a message or information, notifying the suspension of the NBIFOM, on the basis of the decision for the suspension of the NBIFOM.
