    摘要: A home security assembly includes a first shower head to facilitate bathing. A plurality of first light emitters is each of the first light emitters is integrated into the first shower head to emit light outwardly from the first shower head when the first light emitters are turned on. A second shower head is releasably attachable to the first shower head. A plurality of second light emitters is each integrated into the second shower head to emit light outwardly from the second shower head when the second light emitters are turned on. A control unit is integrated into the second shower head and the control unit is in remote communication with an alarm system. Each of the first light emitters and the second light emitters is turned on when the control circuit receives the intruder alert from the alarm system to visually alert the user to the presence of an intruder.

    摘要: A condiment bottle sleeve dispenser apparatus for applying a disposable sleeve to a condiment bottle includes a dispenser body having a body sidewall, a body top rim, and a body bottom rim. The body sidewall has a sidewall inner face and a sidewall outer face. A plurality of bottle sleeves is coupled to the dispenser body. The plurality of bottle sleeves is coupled adjacent the sidewall inner face. Each bottle sleeve has a sleeve bottom aperture and a sleeve top aperture. An innermost bottle sleeve of the plurality of bottle sleeves receives a condiment bottle through the sleeve bottom aperture. A nozzle of the condiment bottle is engageable through the sleeve top aperture. The condiment bottle passes through the dispenser body with the innermost bottle sleeve covering a bottle body of the condiment bottle with the nozzle remaining exposed through the sleeve top aperture.

    摘要: Protein structural determination using NMR techniques is improved through use of proteins in which one or more amino acids in the peptidic sequence are isotopically enriched in the sidechain with 2H and are isotopically enriched on the backbone with 13C, 15N, 2H or any combination thereof. This invention provides amino acids isotopically enriched as above, which can be used to synthesize isotopically labeled proteins and peptides for protein structural determinations by NMR, and methods for their synthesis. Other embodiments of the invention include peptidic molecules, media for peptidic molecule expression, methods of making isotopically labeled peptidic molecules and methods of determining structural information of a peptidic molecule.

    摘要: This invention provides an NMR method for obtaining both entropic and enthalpic data on proteins and protein/ligand complexes which can be used to obtain accurate structural and dynamic data of proteins and protein complexes having a wide range of molecular weights. An embodiment of the invention provides proteins which contain at least one bond vector whose dynamics are to be measured and which is surrounded by NMR inactive nuclei, and amino acids for synthesis of the proteins via chemical means or biological expression. The NMR methods using specifically labeled proteins for analysis result in maximization of the sensitivity and resolution of the NMR experiments, and minimization of the loss of signal due to diffusion.

    摘要: A viscometer for a down hole tool positionable in a well bore penetrating a subterranean formation is described. The formation contains at least one fluid therein. The down hole tool is adapted to convey at least a portion of the fluid to the viscometer. The viscometer comprises a sensor unit, and at least one magnet. The sensor unit is positionable within the down hole tool and comprises at least two spatially disposed clamps and a wire suspended in tension between the at least two clamps such that the wire is available for interaction with the fluid when the viscometer is positioned within the down hole tool and the down hole tool is positioned within the subterranean formation and receives the fluid from the subterranean formation.
