摘要: The present invention relates to a nozzle for guiding a metal melt from a first apparatus to a second apparatus, in particular it relates to a submerged entry nozzle for guiding a stream of a metal melt (steel melt) from a metallurgical melting vessel (like a tundish) into a mold (like an ingot), both of which may also be called “reservoir”.

摘要: The present invention claims a three-truss continuous steel truss girder-pushing device and an arrangement method thereof. The device comprises three supporting structures of left, center and right, the three supporting structures are provided respectively with left and right side truss slideway girders and a middle truss slideway girder. The front ends of the slideway girder are provided with an operating platform where horizontal continuous pushing jacks are installed; the front ends of the left and right slideway girder and the center slideway girder are each provided with four vertical lifting jacks. The three-truss continuous steel truss girder-pushing device simultaneously pushes the two side trusses of the steel truss beam only, while the center truss slides passively, thereby improving construction efficiency and reducing construction costs.

摘要: A method for preparing nanocomposites and nanocomposite polymeric products by dispersing nanoparticles in a polymer either by melt processing or by solution processing and bringing about migration of the nanoparticles from the bulk interior to the surface of the nanocomposites so as to produce a new asymetric type of nanocomposite in which the concentration of the nanoparticles on the surface is many times higher than in the interior bulk of the nanocomposite. These surfaces impart highly enhanced properties to the nanocomposites as compared to the pristine polymer and to nanocomposites that have not undergone the migration process, including stability against aging, longer shelf life, higher hydrophobicity, higher wear resistance, higher hardness and lower friction. The new surfaces of the nanocomposite polymeric products are produced by inducing migration of the nanoparticles to the surface thereby producing a concentration gradient below the surface.

摘要: A method for data traffic transmission on a synchronous digital network to overcome the inefficiency of the data packet transmission on the synchronous digital network equipment. The method includes, adding a RPR processing module after Ethernet interface in the equipment; through the RPR processing module, a uplink Ethernet frame from Ethernet interface being mapped to a RPR frame; through LAPS/PPP/GFP protocol, the RPR frame being mapped into the payload of a synchronous digital network; the volume and number of the VCs and total bandwidth of the RPR being configurable. When the RPR frame arrives the destination node of the RPR, it is stripped from the RPR and recovered to its original Ethernet frame. The method and device transmit data service efficiently, and the total bandwidth of the RPR is adjustable and is statistically multiplexed.
