A rubber composition comprises: a rubber component containing a multicomponent copolymer that contains a conjugated diene unit, a non-conjugated olefin unit, and an aromatic vinyl unit; and at least one selected from an ethylene-α olefin copolymer and an ethylene-aromatic vinyl copolymer each having a number-average molecular weight of 500 to 30,000.

摘要: The present invention relates to a middle-pressure polymerization process for the preparation of a liquid ethylene copolymer which comprises in polymerized form 20 to 60 wt % of ethylene; and at least 20 wt % of an acrylate, which is selected from C1-C22 alkyl (meth)acrylate, where a monomer mix comprising the ethylene and the acrylate is polymerized at a pressure of 50 to 400 bar and in the presence of at least 2 wt % of a chain transfer agent. The invention further relates to a liquid ethylene copolymer obtainable by the polymerization process; and to a lubricant comprising the liquid ethylene copolymer obtainable by the polymerization process; and to a method for reducing friction between moving surfaces comprising the step of contacting the surfaces with the lubricant or with the ethylene copolymer.

摘要: This disclosure relates to an improved continuous solution polymerization process wherein production rate is increased. Process solvent, ethylene, optional comonomers, optional hydrogen and a bridged metallocene catalyst formulation are injected into a first reactor to form a first ethylene interpolymer. Optionally, process solvent, ethylene, optional comonomers, optional hydrogen and a bridged metallocene catalyst formulation are injected into a second reactor forming a second ethylene interpolymer. The first and second reactors may be configured in series or parallel modes of operation. Optionally, a third ethylene interpolymer is formed in a third reactor, wherein a homogeneous catalyst formulation or a heterogeneous catalyst formulation is employed. In solution, the first, optional second and optional third ethylene interpolymers are combined, the catalyst is deactivated, the solution is optionally passivated and following a phase separation process an ethylene interpolymer product is recovered.

摘要: The present invention relates to a metallocene compound, and preparation and use thereof, and the compound can be used as a catalyst for synthesis of poly-α-olefin as lubricating base oil. The metallocene compound includes a substituted aryl group, a bridged atom, an optionally unsubstituted, 3-mono-substituted or 3,6-disubstituted 5H-indeno [1,2-b] pyridyl group or optionally unsubstituted, 3-mono-substituted or 3,6-disubstituted 5H-indeno [1,2-b] thiopyranyl group, and a metal coordination group. As a catalyst, the metallocene compound is shown to be structurally stable and high in catalytic efficiency, and the preparation of the catalyst is relatively easy in operation, high in yield, low in cost, low in pollution and easy to scale up for industrial production.

In particular the present invention it relates to a liquid composition comprising a monomer, a (meth)acrylic polymer and a multistage polymer that can be used as a syrup and especially as a syrup for impregnation and for the preparation of for reinforcing the impact strength of a thermoplastic material obtained after polymerization of the syrup. The invention also relates to a process for manufacturing such a syrup. The invention also relates to a process for impregnating a fibrous substrate of long fibers with said viscous liquid syrup. The invention also relates to a fibrous substrate preimpregnated with said syrup which is useful for manufacturing composite parts. More particularly the present invention relates also to a process for preparing a liquid composition comprising a (meth)acrylic monomer, a (meth)acrylic polymer and a multistage polymer.

Materials of the invention are suitable for the preparation of inks, overprint varnishes or coating compositions.
