摘要: A filter for filtering liquids has a housing with an inlet for liquid to be filtered and an outlet for filtered liquid. A coaxial filter element with a filter medium having an interior is arranged in the housing such that the filter element separates the inlet from the outlet. A central tube is fastened to the housing and the filter element is arranged coaxially on the central tube. An inner support body is arranged in the interior of the filter medium in a radial direction of the filter element between a radial inner circumferential side of the filter medium and the central tube. The inner support body has support webs distributed in an axial direction and in a circumferential direction of the inner support body. The support webs support the filter medium at least radially on the central tube.

摘要: A sealing device (24) of a filter system (10) for filtering fluids, in particular of a motor vehicle, with a sealing ring (26) is described. The sealing ring (26) serves to seal a pipe (16), in particular a central pipe of a filter housing (12), that penetrates through a flange-sided opening (18) of an end plate (20), in particular of an end element of a filter element (14). The sealing ring (26) features a central section (58) that connects it with the end plate (20). The sealing ring (26) features in its axial direction on both sides of the central section (58) elastic sealing sections (60, 62) which cause each a reduction of the inner diameter of the sealing ring (26) compared with the central section (58). The elastic sealing sections (60, 62) extend freely flexibly and can be bent away from the central section (58) such that they can be pressed—when the pipe (16) is mounted—by means of prevailing fluid pressures—when the filter system (10) is operated—in radial direction against the exterior wall of the pipe (16).

摘要: A water drainage device for a filter module is provided with a valve housing that has a valve bore and a valve body received at least in sections thereof in the valve bore. The water drainage device can be transferred from a closed state, in which the valve body seals in relation to a valve seat of the valve bore, into an open state, in which the valve body is lifted off the valve seat, and transferred from the open state into the closed state. The valve body, upon transfer of the water drainage device from the closed state into the open state, moves linearly along the longitudinal axis of the valve bore and away from the valve seat along or at a slant to a direction of gravity in downward direction.

摘要: A valve unit has a plate-shaped valve body with a closure section and a connection section. The valve body has a cutout surrounded by a frame. The closure section has a closure tab that, beginning at a first fastening section at the frame, projects into the cutout. The connection section, beginning at a second fastening section at the frame, projects into the cutout and has a contact tab and a fastening point. The first and second fastening sections are arranged opposite each other at the frame along a longitudinal axis of the valve body. A filter head for the valve unit has a valve seat for a seal body of the closure section of the valve body. A fastening pin of the filter head fastens the connection section of the valve unit. A contact region of the filter head contacts a positioning region of the valve unit.

摘要: A valve device for a fuel filter module has a first fluid channel through which fuel flows only in recirculation mode of the fuel filter module and a second fluid channel through which fuel flows only outside of the recirculation mode. The first fluid channel extends inside the second fluid channel. The first and second fluid channels are coaxial to each other. A fuel filter module switchable into recirculation mode and out of recirculation mode is provided with a control valve that has a valve bore and a valve device arranged in the valve bore, wherein the valve device has a first fluid channel through which fuel flows only in recirculation mode and a second fluid channel through which fuel flows only outside of the recirculation mode. The first fluid channel extends inside the second fluid channel, and the first and second fluid channels are coaxial to each other.
