    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a heat-developable photosensitive material of less heat development temperature and humidity dependency, which is unlikely to be affected by uneven temperature distribution in heat development apparatuses and humidity condition, and can stably form uniform images, in particular, a heat-developable photosensitive material of improved stability of coating solutions overtime, which can form uniform ultrahigh contrast images without unevenness, which are suitable for mechanical processes, and exhibit suppressed fluctuation of photographic performance depending on the storage condition. According to the present invention, there is provided a heat-developable photosensitive material having at least one photosensitive image-forming layer comprising an organic silver salt, a photosensitive silver halide, a reducing agent and an organic binder, wherein at least one of the photosensitive image-forming layer and a layer adjacent to the photosensitive image-forming layer contains a first halogen-releasing precursor having at least one dissociative or hydrophilic substituent and a second hydrophobic halogen-releasing precursor.

In one embodiment, a compound having a group for promoting adsorption to the silver halide is contained for suppressing occurrence of pepper fog. In another embodiment, a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic mercapto compound having at least two nitrogen atoms or a tetraazaindene compound is contained for suppressing a change of photographic properties, typically image enlargement with a variation of developing conditions. In either case, the photothermographic material can form super-high contrast images of quality.

    摘要: This invention provides a processing method for an exposed silver halide color photographic material, which enables cut-down of the times required for bleaching-and-fixing and for washing and yet affords a stable image excellent in color reproduction. The processing method of this invention is characterized in that the silver halide color photographic material is developed with a color developing solution substantially free of benzyl alcohol, and that the thus developed photographic material is subjected to bleaching-and-fixing for a time of not more than 70 seconds and then subjected to washing for a time of not more than 70 seconds. Another important aspect of the invention resides in the use of a magenta coupler in the processing method with a merit that a stable colored image having excellent hue is developed without the fear of formation of stains although the times for the bleaching-and-fixing and for the washing are shortened remarkedly.

    摘要: A silver halide color photographic material comprising a support having coated thereon at least one silver halide emulsion layer, the silver halide color photographic material containing a photographic cyan dye forming coupler represented by the following general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents an aliphatic group, an aromatic group, heterocyclic group or a substituted amino group; R.sub.2 and R.sub.3, which may be the same or different, each represents an aliphatic group, an aromatic group or a heterocyclic group, or R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 may combine with each other to form a ring; and X represents a group capable of beiing released upon an oxidative coupling with a developing agent (including a hydrogen atom).The photographic cyan dye forming coupler has a high color forming rate and provides a high maximum color density even when a color developing solution which does not contain benzyl alcohol is used, and exhibits substantially no reduction in color density in the case of processing in a bleaching solution having a weak oxidation power or an exhausted bleaching solution.The silver halide color photographic material containing the photographic cyan dye forming coupler can provide color images having excellent fastness and color reproducibility and less stain in white background area.
