    摘要: An integral-type liquid crystal display module has a first display panel and a second display panel, and it can use a display panel of high resolution as the second display panel. The display device includes a first display panel, a second display panel, and a first flexible printed circuit board which connects the first display panel and the second display panel. Video lines of the second display panel are connected with the display drive unit through connection lines for video lines of the first flexible printed circuit board.     摘要: The present invention provides a liquid crystal display device which can be used in a miniaturized portable equipment, wherein the liquid crystal display device integrally incorporates a drive circuit therein so that a circuit scale can be miniaturized. A liquid crystal drive circuit includes a first drive circuit and a second drive circuit which is mounted on one side of the liquid crystal display panel. One output of the first drive circuit is connected to a plurality of signal lines and the second drive circuit supplies signals to the first drive circuit. The liquid crystal display panel includes holding capacitive elements and signals are supplied to the holding capacitive elements from the second drive circuit. The second drive circuit includes a booster circuit for supplying signals to the first drive circuit and the holding capacitive elements.

A storage device is operable to store a reference table in which the identification number of a telecommunication services operator is correlated with the domain name of the telecommunication services operator. A communication management device is operable to receive the transmitted electronic mail information and telephone number, to read the domain name of the telecommunication services operator from the reference table using the identification number of the telecommunication services operator, to merge the telephone number with the domain name read from the reference table to form an electronic mail address, and to forward the electronic mail information to the electronic mail address.

    摘要: The present invention, in a display device which includes a SRAM, prevents a phenomenon that power source fluctuation and display timings are not synchronized and hence, flickering occurs on a display surface of a liquid crystal panel. A display device includes a display panel having a plurality of pixels and scanning lines which apply a scanning voltage to the plurality of pixels; and a drive circuit which supplies a scanning voltage to the scanning lines, wherein the drive circuit includes a first booster circuit which generates a first voltage by elevating a reference voltage, a regulator which regulates the first voltage, and a second booster circuit which generates a second voltage by elevating a voltage outputted from the regulator. The second booster circuit generates the second voltage (selective scanning voltage) and a third voltage (non-selective scanning voltage). When video data is inputted from the outside based on an RGB interface, the second booster circuit is operated in response to an external clock.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display device has a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of outputting a voltage equal to or higher than the source-drain withstand voltage of a component transistor. A switching circuit has first conducting-type first and second transistors connected in series between a first input terminal and a common output terminal and second conducting-type third and fourth transistors connected between a second input terminal and the common output terminal and a switching control circuit for controlling the switching circuit. The switching control circuit applies first and second bias voltages for turning on the second and fourth transistors to the gate electrodes of the second and fourth transistors, and applies a control voltage for selectively turning on/off the first or third transistor to the gate electrodes of the first and third transistors.

In a liquid crystal display device comprising a liquid crystal display element and liquid crystal driver circuitry, the liquid crystal driver circuitry is operable to receive an image signal as input thereto for taking it into a bus at the timing of a change of an internal clock signal from a first level to a second level or alternatively its change from the second level to the first level and then select from the image signal as taken or “accepted” into the bus a voltage used to drive the liquid crystal display element, wherein the internal clock signal is the clock signal that causes a first level period and a second level period of an external clock signal being input to the liquid crystal driver circuitry to be made identical or equalized by a clock compensation circuit to specified values respectively.
