摘要: A reformer tube processing and filling system is provided for ensuring uniformity of reformer tube flow rates and reactivity. The disclosed invention provides a system for detecting and removing tube obstructions, as well as an automated process for verifying the flow rate for each tube and identifying tubes with abnormal flow rates to remove a source of human error and conserve labor costs. An automated tube filling system provides a calibrated fill mechanism coordinated with a calibrated loading rope withdrawal mechanism to ensure loading consistency. A lack of vibrating parts ensures a low dust count, and what little dust is present is removed via a built-in vacuum outlet in the loader.

摘要: The present invention relates to a tissue infiltration device (1) for samples (34) contained in cassettes (5). The tissue infiltration device (1) comprises at least two liquid containers (7, 11a-11d, 13, 15) and a transport apparatus (6). A liquid (12, 14, 16) having a property that can be predetermined can be filled into a liquid container (7, 11a-11d, 13, 15). A plurality of cassettes (5) can be held by a transport device (4). Using the transport apparatus (6), a transport device (4) can be brought to a liquid container (7, 11a-11d, 13, 15) and/or moved away from a liquid container (7, 11a-11d, 13, 15). A sequence of operations (8) can be prescribed in which a transport device (4) runs through the liquid containers (7, 11a-11d, 13, 15) of the tissue infiltration device (1). So that an accelerated or priority processing of a transport device (4) is possible using the tissue infiltration device (1), but without using an additional liquid container (7, 11a-11d, 13, 15) provided only for this purpose, it is provided that at least two transport devices (4) can be brought into a liquid container (7, 11a-11d, 13, 15) above and/or next to one another, wherein said transport devices can have different dwell times in the liquid container (7, 11a-11d, 13, 15).

摘要: In the plough pick arrangement according to the invention for mining ploughs or coal ploughs, the plough pick is held in the socket of a pick holder. On that side of the pick holder which is leading in the working direction of the plough pick a pick lead-through opening is provided through which the pick can be inserted by its shank until it reaches a rear stop and is retained by a securing device. The pick can be removed from the socket through the same opening, after the securing device has been released, when pick replacement is necessary. This makes it possible to insert the pick into and remove it from the pick holder, not from the working side, but from the front of the holder. The pick holder and the pick are preferably provided with co-operating bearing and guiding faces which are inclined at an oblique angle to a plane parallel with the working face so that the cutting bit of the pick moves away from the working face when the pick is removed.

摘要: A two-axle undercarriage for track-bound transport systems carrying freight and passenger traffic, especially for inseparable train units, is divided into two parts, each part housing a wheel set. The two undercarriage frame halves are connected to each other in an adjustably articulated fashion on the plane of travel and are axially movable relative to each other to a limited extent in the direction of travel. To provide a tensilely-strong connection of two adjacent car bodies of the track-bound transport system, a connecting rod is used that permits adjustment of the undercarriage frame halves. The connecting rod is arranged between the adjacent car bodies so that cardanic movement is permitted between each of the two adjacent car bodies so that cardanic movement is permitted between each of the two adjacent car bodies and the connecting rod.

摘要: A crane, in particular railbound mobile crane, with a luffing jib telescoping at both sides which can be swung up and down as well as raised and lowered with its base boom. The boom is supported in its end regions at the vehicle on a swivel bearing which can be raised and lowered. The luffing jib is swivelable about vertical axes in the region of the swivel bearings. For this purpose, every swivel bearing is supported at one of two separate multiple-axle traveling mechanisms so as to be displaceable traverse to the longitudinal axis of the mobile crane. The two traveling mechanisms are coupled with one another via the base boom of the luffing jib, which base boom is connected with the swivel bearings.

摘要: A process for the manufacture of thin layers based on polyurethane elastomers. A liquid reaction mixture essentially consisting of (A) polyesters, polyethers, polyester urethanes or polyether urethanes, all of which contain at least two hydroxyl groups in the molecule, and diisocyanates or (B) prepolymers obtained from the hydroxyl-containing compounds mentioned under (A) above with an excess of diisocyanates, said prepolymers containing at least two isocyanate groups in the molecule, and at least one of the compounds mentioned under (A) above which are capable of reacting with isocyanates, to which reaction mixture a minor quantity of substantially compatible monomers having at least two photocrosslinkable C--C multiple bonds and optionally a photopolymerization initiator have been added, is applied to a substrate to form a coating thereon, which coating is then gelled by irradiation and finally thermocured. The process of the invention is particularly suitable for the continuous manufacture of uniformly thin layers of soft polyurethane elastomer showing narrow tolerance limits.

摘要: A method and corresponding apparatus for separation of carbon dioxide from an exhaust gas of a fossil-fired power are provided. In an absorption process, the exhaust gas containing carbon dioxide is brought into contact with an absorption medium so that the absorption medium is laden with carbon dioxide. In a desorption process, vapor from a water/steam circuit of the fossil-fired power plant is heated, wherein a laden absorption medium is regenerated. In a subsequent expansion process, the regenerated absorption medium is expanded so that a vapor and an expanded absorption medium are formed, wherein the vapor is recirculated into the desorption process. The laden absorption medium is divided into a first part stream and a second part stream. Only the second part stream is brought into heat-exchanging contact with the expanded absorption medium. The first and second part streams are supplied to the desorption process at different process stages.
