Abstract:
A connector having a one-piece housing includes a metal sleeve and a circuit board. The metal sleeve is open at both ends thereof and the metal sleeve integrally extends along its circumferential direction. A part of the metal sleeve is narrow than other parts and a neck is formed thereon. A tongue is formed protruding from an edge of the circuit board and multiple terminals are printed on at least a surface of the tongue. A part of the circuit board is interference fit in the neck of the metal sleeve, and the tongue is accommodated in the metal sleeve. The tongue is surrounded by the metal sleeve and is spaced apart from an inner wall of the metal sleeve. The tongue is ensured to be separated from electromagnetic interferences by the metal sleeve to ensure efficiency and stability of the signal transmitted in the terminal.

A USB connecting apparatus includes a board member, a plurality of first conductive connection portions, a metal housing and an assembly structure. The board member is a printed circuit board complying with the USB-Type C specification and includes a main body portion and a tongue portion. The tongue portion includes two surfaces facing toward each other. Each first conductive connection portion is electrically disposed on at least one surface of the tongue portion in order to form a tongue plate. The metal housing is arranged on the board member and surrounds the tongue plate correspondingly. The assembly structure is arranged on the plate member and/or the metal housing. The plate member and the metal housing are positioned relative to each other via the assembly structure. Accordingly, the USB connecting apparatus can be used on an existing electronic product circuit board and can be directly used as USB Type-C.

A wireless transmission and video integrated apparatus includes a hub module, a video module and a wireless module. The hub module includes a hub unit, a first expansion interface, a second expansion interface and a transmission interface. The video module includes a first connection interface, an image processing unit, an image acquisition unit and a microphone unit. The video module is electrically connected to the first expansion interface of the hub module through the first connection interface. The wireless module includes a second connection interface, a wireless communication unit and an antenna unit. The wireless module is electrically connected to the second expansion interface of the hub module through the second connection interface. The video module and the wireless module are integrated as a whole through the hub module, and then electrically connected to an electronic apparatus through the transmission interface to help with the assembly.

A USB cable includes two USB connectors and a plurality of cable lines. Each USB connector includes a circuit board, a tongue board, a plurality of connection terminals, a signal processing IC, an isolated housing and a metal housing. The tongue board is connected with the circuit board. One end of the connection terminals are connected to the circuit board, and the other end of the connection terminals are set in the tongue board. The signal processing IC is electrically connected to the circuit board and further connected to the connection terminals. The isolated housing encapsulates the circuit board and the signal processing IC. The metal housing encapsulates the tongue board and the connection terminals. The signal processing IC encrypts data for transmitting externally through the connection terminals, and decrypts data received by the connection terminals to transmit to other end of the USB cable to be used.

Each of the positioning legs (2b) is connected to the HDMI socket (1b) and exposed to the shielding frame (11b). The distance between the positioning legs (2b) is complied with the Display Port specification Thus, the HDMI socket (1b) has the positioning legs (2b) complied with the Display Port specification such that the HDMI socket (1b) can be insertedly disposed on the PCB (100b) having the Display Port connection to enhance assembling convenience.

An electrical connector assembly for electrically connecting an external circuit board has an insulating main body, a first connector module, a second connector module and a flexible conducting wire. The first connector module is disposed inside the insulating main body and electrically connected to the external circuit board. The second connector module is disposed inside the insulating main body and located above the connector module. The flexible conducting wire has two ends electrically connected to the second connector module and the external circuit board. The flexible conducting wire replaces a traditional metal conducting pin, so as to achieve simple process and decrease electromagnetic interference.

An expansion interface module having a signal gain circuit is disposed on a case panel of a computer and electrically connected to a main board which is disposed within the computer. The expansion interface module includes a circuit board, a connecting port, a signal gain circuit and a plurality of connectors. The connecting port, the signal gain circuit and the connectors are located at the circuit board and electrically connected thereto. The main board delivers signal to the circuit board through a cable which is connected to the connecting port located on the circuit board, the signal gain circuit amplifies and enhances the signal, and then the connectors output the amplified and enhanced signal to external devices, thus, the signal will not be attenuated, damaged or lost during over transmission distance.
