    摘要: A heat-sensitive transfer material capable of giving transferred images of good printed letter quality even on a recording medium with poor surface smoothness, is provided by forming, on a support, a heat transfer layer comprising a micro-network porous resin structure of a thermoplastic resin and a heat-fusible gel ink contained in the micropores of the porous resin structure. The heat-fusible gel ink comprises a colorant, an oil incompatible with the thermoplastic resin and a gelation agent for the oil.

    摘要: A rubber composition for a tire tread including a diene rubber component and silica and carbon black, and a pneumatic tire provided with a tread manufactured from this rubber composition, the diene rubber component including: (A) from 30 to 80 mass % of a hydroxy group-containing aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene copolymer including from 20 to 30 mass % of aromatic vinyl units and from 0.1 to 10 mass % of isoprene units, and having an amount of vinyl bonds in a conjugated diene part from 40 to 60 mol %; (B) from 10 to 50 mass % of a high-cis butadiene rubber having an amount of 90 mol % or more of cis-1,4 bonds; and (C) from 10 to 50 mass % of natural rubber; wherein a total amount of the silica and the carbon black is from 90 to 150 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber component.

    摘要: A process for manufacturing a substrate sheet for information recording mediums using a roll stamper including a flexible stamper member having a pattern corresponding to a preformat for an information recording medium, a first fixing member and a second fixing member integrally joined to both ends of the stamper member, and a pair of fit grooves capable of fittingly receiving the fixing members and formed in the periphery of a specular roll substrate in parallel to the axial direction of the specular roll substrate. The fixing members are fitted to the fit grooves so the stamper member is fixed along the periphery of the specular roll substrate between fit grooves. The first fixing member has a first member with a coefficient of linear expansion substantially equal to the coefficient of linear expansion of the stamper member and a second member having a larger coefficient of linear expansion than the coefficient of linear expansion of the first member. The first member is joined to the stamper member and the second member is positioned inside the first member with respect to the second fixing member.     摘要: A heat-sensitive transfer material having a heat-transferable ink layer formed on a support. Said heat-transferable ink layer is constituted of microcapsules dispersed in a heat-fusible binder and enclosing a penetrating ink. Said penetrating ink is constituted of a colorant and an oil agent which is liquid or semi-solid at room temperature. During recording, the ink released from the microcapsules will penetrate into the fibrous structure of the recording paper to give printed letters of good quality even on a recording paper with poor surface smoothness.
