    摘要： A modifier for paving asphalt, which comprises Trinidad Epure having a maximum size of less than 25 mm and a pulverulent solid having a maximum size of less than 2.5 mm, the powder comprising essentially a substance having a higher softening point than Trinidad Epure and compatibility with paving petroleum asphalt, wherein the volume of the powdery solid is 0.8 to 2.8 times the void volume of the granulated Trinidad Epure when in the stored state.

    摘要： An obtaining unit obtains information about a condition where a vehicle is placed. A detection unit detects at least one of a voice and an action of an occupant of the vehicle. An estimation unit estimates an in-vehicle apparatus to be a controlled target according to the condition where the vehicle is placed. A determination unit determines an in-vehicle apparatus to be a controlled in-vehicle apparatus and determines a control content thereof in consideration of the at least one of a voice and an action. A notification unit notifies the occupant of the in-vehicle apparatus to be controlled and the control content thereof determined by the determination unit. A control unit controls the in-vehicle apparatus according to the determination of the determination unit when receiving a response to the notification of the notification unit from the occupant to permit the control of the in-vehicle apparatus.

    摘要： An on-vehicle manipulating system includes a manipulating device having a housing, a first side pushbutton switch disposed at one side of the housing, a second side pushbutton switch disposed at the other side of the housing and an additional switch disposed at a prescribed portion of the housing and a control unit for setting a first function to one of the first and second pushbutton switches and a second function to the other pushbutton switch. In this manipulating system, the control unit changes the function of the first or second side pushbutton switch from the first function such as an ENTER key to the second function, such as a RETURN key, and the function of the other pushbutton switch, such as a MENU key, from the second function to the first function when one of the pushbutton switches being set to change the function is operated subsequent to the other pushbutton switch that has been set the second function is operated in a prescribed period after the additional switch is operated.

Also disclosed is an anti-viral material produced by utilizing the method. The anti-viral material comprises a metal oxide powder and a hydroxide which enable the generation of a hydroxy radical that can inactivate a virus. An virus can be inactivated by the action of the hydroxy radical generated from the anti-viral material.
