    摘要: A method of removing a molded article, which makes it possible to remove easily said molded article without causing deformation and damages thereto and an apparatus for same. The method comprises removing a sand core W which is obtained using a sand core forming mold 12 comprising a fixed and movable molds 21 and 31 from a sand core forming mold 12 by a separating movable mold 31 from the fixed mold 21 to perform a mold opening. The fixed mold 21 is provided with a fixed mold side core 23 having a front end face 23a forming a part of a first molding face 22, which is extendable and retractable in a mold opening direction A1. The movable mold 31 is provided with a movable mold side core 33 having a front end face 33a forming a part of a second molding face 32, which is extendable and retractable in a mold opening direction A1. The relation in which the sand core W is held between both cores 23 and 33 is kept by extending both cores 23 and 33 in a mold opening direction A1.

    摘要: In an addition-amount controller for an exhaust gas purifying agent to be used for an exhaust emission control system of an engine, one mode is executed based on satisfaction of an execution condition for each mode, from among a plurality of control modes. The control modes includes a purification control mode in which an addition amount of NH3 or an additive serving as a generating source of the NH3 is determined according to a predetermined parameter associated with an amount of NOx in the exhaust gas, and a storage control mode in which the addition amount is set to be larger than that in the purification control mode. When a rotation speed of an output shaft of the engine is determined to be decelerated from a higher speed state than an allowable level, the execution condition of the storage control mode is satisfied after a predetermined dissatisfaction time period from start of the deceleration.

    摘要: The present invention provides foam molding equipment which has an advantage in performing exchange of a molding dies within a short time period and in improving productivity thereof, and which is most suitable, in particular, to the case of using upsized molding dies. The equipment is provided with a fixed die base 21, movable die base 8, a die opening/closing mechanism to move the movable die base 8 together with a movable die 12, and a base frame 1. The fixed die base 21 is detachable from the base frame 1. Molding dies comprising a stationary die 11 and a movable die 12 is preliminarily attached to the fixed die base 21 to form a unit 20. The base frame 1 is provided with a loading surface 4 to load the unit 20 and a unit connector 27 to fix the unit loaded on the loading surface 4 to the base frame 1. The unit 20 is loaded on the loading surface 4 in a detachable manner.

    摘要: An exhaust emission control device reduces nitrogen oxide included in exhaust air from an internal combustion engine. The device includes an exhaust pipe, a catalyst, a supply device, a tank, and a temperature regulating device. The exhaust pipe defines a passage for exhaust air discharged from the engine. The catalyst is disposed in the exhaust pipe. The catalyst is capable of promoting reduction reaction of the nitrogen oxide in exhaust air. The supply device is for supplying a fluid-state additive agent, which is used for the reduction reaction, to an upstream side of the catalyst in a flow direction of exhaust air. The additive agent is stored in the tank. The temperature regulating device is for regulating temperature of the additive agent, which is supplied by the supply device, to be in a predetermined range.

    摘要: An exhaust gas purifying system for a diesel engine has an ECU, a passage of exhaust gas, a unit having SCR catalyst, a NOx sensor placed at a downstream side of the unit, and a urea water adding valve placed at an upstream side of the unit. The SCR catalyst in the unit selectively adsorbs ammonia, and selectively purifies NOx contained in an exhaust gas emitted from the diesel engine by the adsorbed ammonia. The ECU changes the urea water adding amount, and performs abnormality diagnosis based on the detection result of the NOx sensor while changing an adding amount of the urea water. The ECU uses a first condition to indicate the presence of an excess NOx amount in the exhaust gas, and a second condition to indicate there is no error cause by the ammonia adsorption on the SCR catalyst.

    摘要: An SCR catalyst is provided in an exhaust pipe of an engine and a urea solution addition valve is provided upstream of the SCR catalyst in the exhaust pipe. An ECU calculates ammonia adsorption quantity of the SCR catalyst and controls urea solution addition quantity, which is added by the urea solution addition valve, based on the ammonia adsorption quantity. The ECU obtains temperature of the SCR catalyst or temperature information correlated with the temperature through measurement or estimation. The ECU switches an execution mode of the urea solution addition control based on the catalyst temperature or the temperature information. Thus, reducing agent addition control can be performed suitably and eventually NOx purification in a NOx catalyst (i.e., SCR catalyst) can be performed suitably.
