    摘要: A foldable electronic device and a linking assembly are provided. The foldable electronic device includes a host and a foldable display attached to the host. The host has a first portion, a second portion and a linking assembly connected therebetween. The linking assembly includes N+1 blocks (wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 2) and a plurality of linking sets. Each block has a body and a pair of fitting portions disposed at two opposite sides of the body in a sliding mirror symmetry manner along a first direction, and the fitting portion of the Nth block is fitted with the fitting portion of the N+1 block. Each linking set has two links, and two ends of the two links overlapping each other lean against the Nth block and can move relative to the Nth block. Other two ends of the two links without overlapping each other are respectively fixed to the N−1th and N+1th blocks. When the link assembly is bent, a virtual center of any two adjacent blocks locates within a scope of the foldable display.

    摘要: The present disclosure describes a method of forming a pattern by an electron beam lithography system. The method includes receiving an integrated circuit (IC) design layout data having a polygon and a forbidden pattern, modifying the polygon and the forbidden pattern using an electron proximity correction (EPC) technique, stripping the modified polygon into subfields, converting the stripped polygon to an electron beam writer format data, and writing the electron beam writer formatted polygon onto a substrate by an electron beam writer. Stripping the modified polygon includes finding the modified forbidden pattern as a reference layer, and stitching the modified polygon to avoid stitching the modified forbidden pattern.

A described example network includes a live control network to collect control messages to create a history of network states, the history of network states reflecting an order in which control messages are processed, the live control network to roll back from a current state to a past state upon detection of an improper sequence of messages and to process the messages in a corrected sequence, the corrected sequence to be stored in the history. The described example network further includes a virtualized network corresponding to the live control network, the virtualized network responsive to a command from an operator to step through the history to facilitate debugging.

The image is analyzed to predict an amount of solar radiation that is to be received by the power source at a future point in time. The predicted solar radiation is used to predict an amount of electrical power that will be output by the power system at the future point in time. A computational resource of a data center that is powered by way of the power source is managed as a function of the predicted amount of power.

    摘要: A method for forming contact holes includes following steps. A substrate including a dense region and an isolation region is provided. A material layer is formed on the substrate. Sacrificed patterns are formed on the material layer in the dense region, wherein there is a first opening between the two adjacent sacrificed patterns. A spacer is formed on each of two sides of each of the sacrificed patterns, wherein the spacers are separated from each other. The sacrificed patterns are removed to form a second opening between two adjacent spacers. A planar layer is formed to fill up the second openings. A first slit is formed in the planar layer, wherein the first slit exposes a portion of the material layer under the second openings. The portion of the material layer exposed by the first slit is removed to form third openings in the material layer.
