    摘要: A water pump attachment structure of a water-cooled internal combustion engine is provided to facilitate the maintenance of a valve train. A water pump attachment structure of a water-cooled internal combustion engine includes a semicircular cut-away surface of a water pump holder opposed to a semicircular surface of a cylinder head to form a water pump support circular hole. Screw members are passed through respective screw through-holes of the cylinder head and threadedly engaged with internal thread holes of the water pump holder. Thus, the water pump holder is fastened to the cylinder head. A water pump is fitted into and secured to the water pump support circular hole. A cylinder head cover is attached to the cylinder head by allowing their mating surfaces to conform with each other with the water pump holder liquid-tightly sandwiched therebetween.

In addition, the actuator cover covers a gear system. The actuator cover is integrated with a cover of the water pump.     摘要: A two-step self-servowriting process first writes an intermediate pattern based on a reference pattern, and then writes a final pattern based on the intermediate pattern, wherein the reference pattern can be a printed media pattern. Such an approach can be utilized to reduce the noise/runout, eliminate timing eccentricity, and increase the sample rate of the final pattern. The final pattern should be written as a 3-step-per-track, trimmed (or untrimmed)-burst pattern, while the intermediate pattern can be written as a 1.5-step-per-track, trimmed (or untrimmed)-burst pattern. Since half of the steps servowriting the intermediate pattern can be omitted under such a scenario, approximately half of the servowriting time can be saved. An intake port extends substantially rearwardly from an upper portion of a cylinder head of the engine, and a fuel injection apparatus for injecting fuel into a combustion chamber through the intake port, is disposed in the proximity of the cylinder head. A mounting boss is provided on an outer face of the intake port rearwardly of the fuel injection apparatus. The fuel injection apparatus is mounted on the mounting boss.

    摘要: A method for servowriting a magnetic hard disk drive includes servowriting a first servo burst pattern by using a servowriter coupled to a head-disk assembly within a clean room environment, self-writing at least a second servo burst pattern radially offset relative to the first burst pattern by reading the first burst pattern without using the servowriter, and self-writing a final burst pattern by using the first burst pattern and the second burst pattern without using the servowriter. One or more intermediate burst patterns may be provided to accommodate writer/reader offset of dual element read heads in order to produce final product servo burst patterns. A disk drive having embedded servo sectors each including an untrimmed six-burst final servo pattern is also disclosed. The disk drive self-writes at least some of the final servo pattern.
