    Abstract: A device and method for vehicle-to-vehicle communication. The method includes: a source device sends a request message to a base station, the request message being used for requesting the base station to allocating a resource; a node device that is synchronous with the source device sends synchronous information to at least one target device, so that the at least one target device establishes time synchronization with the source device according to the synchronous information, wherein the node device is a road-side device or an in-car device capable of communicating; the source device informs the at least one target device of a resource allocated by the base station; and the source device sends service information to the at least one target device by utilizing the resource.

    Abstract: A device and method controlling working state change of a small cell and a base station including the device. The device includes: an information acquiring unit that acquires interference between a small cell to be controlled and an adjacent small cell and/or load of the small cell to be controlled; and a state change determination unit that determines working state change to be performed by the small cell to be controlled according to the acquired interference and/or load. The working state includes multiple sleep levels from low to high. A sleep degree of the small cell to be controlled in a low sleep level is less than a sleep degree of the small cell to be controlled in a high sleep level, the working state change being performed among multiple sleep levels.

    Abstract: Disclosed are an electronic device in a wireless communication system, and a wireless communication method. The wireless communication system comprises multiple unlicensed carriers. The electronic device comprises: one or more processing circuits configured to: configure each of a plurality of unlicensed carriers to be a primary channel or a secondary channel, so as to obtain at least two primary channels and at least one secondary channel; perform a first channel detection process over each of the primary channels to detect whether each of the primary channels is idle, and perform a second channel detection process over each of the secondary channels to detect whether each of the secondary channels is idle; and perform downlink data transmission over the primary channel determined to be idle by means of the channel detection or over the primary and secondary channels determined to be idle by means of the channel detection. By utilizing the electronic device and the wireless communication method, the probability of access to an unlicensed carrier is improved.
