Abstract: An electronic apparatus disposed in a vehicle is provided. The electronic apparatus includes an input device including a body configured to be rotatable and pushable and a display disposed on the body; and a processor configured to acquire profile data of a user including preset information for function of the vehicle, control the display to display basic user interface (UI) corresponding to the function of the vehicle based on the acquired profile data of the user, and control a function of the vehicle corresponding to the basic UI in response to receiving an input on the input device.

Abstract: A magnetic device includes a seed pattern, a reference magnetic structure on the seed pattern, a free magnetic pattern on the reference magnetic structure, and a tunnel barrier between the reference magnetic structure and the free magnetic pattern. The reference magnetic structure includes a synthetic antiferromagnetic (SAF) structure including a first fixed pattern in contact with an upper surface of the seed pattern, an antiferromagnetic coupling pattern in contact with an upper surface of the first fixed pattern, and a second fixed pattern in contact with an upper surface of the antiferromagnetic coupling pattern; a nonmagnetic pattern in contact with an upper surface of the second fixed pattern; and a polarization reinforcement magnetic pattern in contact with an upper surface of the nonmagnetic pattern.

Abstract: A system-on-chip includes: a dynamic power monitor configured to generate a power detection signal by calculating an amount of power consumed by a functional circuit in real time; a frequency controller configured to detect an idle period and a running period of the functional circuit in response to the power detection signal, and generate a clock control signal based on the power detection signal; and a clock controller configured to change a frequency of a clock signal provided to the functional circuit, based on the clock control signal. The running period includes: a first running period in which the frequency of the clock signal has a first value based on the clock control signal; and a second running period in which the frequency of the clock signal has a second value that is greater than the first value based on the clock control signal.
