An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a receiving circuit configured to wirelessly receive power and output AC power, a rectifying circuit configured to rectify the AC power from the receiving circuit, wherein the rectifying circuit may include a first P-MOSFET configured to transfer a positive amplitude of power to an output terminal of the rectifying circuit while the AC power has the positive amplitude and to prevent transferring a negative amplitude of power to the output terminal of the rectifying circuit while the AC power has the negative amplitude, and a forward loss compensating circuit connected with the first P-MOSFET configured to reduce a threshold voltage of the first P-MOSFET while the AC power has the positive amplitude.

A wireless power transmitter may comprise: a signal generation unit which generates a differential signal; an amplifier which amplifies the differential signal with a predetermined gain; a resonance unit which generates an electromagnetic wave using the amplified differential signal and radiates the same; and a signal adjustment unit which senses at least one of the current and the voltage of the amplified differential signal at the input terminal of the resonance unit, and adjusts at least one of the phase and the amplitude of the differential signal output from the signal generation unit, on the basis of the result of the sensing.

A wireless power receiver is disclosed. A wireless power receiver according to various embodiments of the present disclosure includes a resonant reception unit configured to receive wireless power by a resonance scheme; an inductive reception unit configured to receive wireless power by an induction scheme; and a power processing unit configured to process wireless power received at the resonant reception unit and the inductive reception unit. When the wireless power is received by the induction scheme, a current flowing in the inductive reception unit is greater than a current flowing in the resonant reception unit, and when the wireless power is received by the resonance scheme, a current flowing in the resonant reception unit is greater than a current flowing in the inductive reception unit.

A wireless power transmission apparatus includes patch antennas which form an RF wave; a memory storing electromagnetic wave distribution maps corresponding to transmission conditions for transmitting the RF wave; and a processor configured to determine a position of an electronic device and a position of a living body, determine a transmission condition which transmits the RF wave which causes an electromagnetic wave having a size not exceeding a first threshold value to be applied to a position of the living body while being beam-formed at a position of the electronic device, using at least a portion of the electromagnetic wave distribution maps, and generate the RF wave with the determined transmission condition using the patch antennas, each electromagnetic wave distribution map indicating the size of electromagnetic waves at one or more points around the wireless power transmission apparatus when the RF wave is formed by each of the transmission conditions.
