    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a 5th generation (5G) or pre-5G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate than a 4G communication system such as LTE. An operating method of a network node in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes receiving, from a session management function (SMF), information on at least one device side TSN translator port (DS-TT port) number of at least one DS-TT port for at least one packet data unit (PDU) session, generating at least one of a port management information container and a bridge management information container based on the at least one DS-TT port number, and transmitting, to a centralized network controller (CNC), the at least one of the port management information container and the bridge management information container.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for supporting TSN in a wireless communication network are disclosed. The method for supporting fully-distributed time-sensitive networking (TSN) by a user plane function in a mobile communication system includes receiving a first status frame through a user equipment (UE) connected to a first TSN node, the first status frame including at least one of information about the first TSN node, information about a second TSN node for transmitting a data frame, stream information for transmitting data, and accumulated latency information; transmitting an update request for service quality (QoS) setup to a TSN application function (TSN AF) through a PDU session update procedure for the UE based on the received first status frame; and updating the first status frame upon receiving QoS setup information from the TSN AF, wherein the QoS setup information may include at least one of accumulated latency designated by the TSN AF, the status of the first TSN node, and the status of the second TSN node.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for collecting network traffic in a wireless communication system, and an operation method of a network data analytics function (NWDAF) in a wireless communication system may include obtaining scheduled service usage information of a user equipment (UE), the scheduled service usage information including a service usage identifier for identifying a service used by the UE, information about a scheduled communication time for the service, a correlation identifier associated with a service used in a different time from the scheduled communication time or another UE, and a traffic descriptor, receiving a packet for the service used by the UE from a session management function (SMF), identifying service traffic characteristics from the packet for the service, based on the scheduled service usage information, and transmitting a packet flow description (PFD) to a network exposure function (NEF), based on the identified service traffic characteristics.
