    摘要： The disclosed invention provides tetrapeptides with the amino acid sequence proline-glutamine-glutamate-X (P-Q-E-X), where X can be either lysine (K) or isoleucine (I). These tetrapeptides inhibit ultraviolet light (UV)-induced expression of the pro-inflammatory cytokine interleukin-6 (IL-6) by skin epithelial cells and fibroblasts. Furthermore, the tetrapeptides repress the upregulation of matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) by skin fibroblasts induced by either direct exposure to UV rays or treatment with media conditioned by UV-treated keratinocytes. The small size and bio-activity of the tetrapeptides render them suitable for use in therapies directed to inflammatory skin disorders and as active ingredients in skin care products.

    摘要： A drill sharpener is provided which has a point-splitting port which simplifies the procedure for producing a split point on a drill bit undergoing sharpening. The point-splitting port is positioned relative to a grinding wheel assembly such that, when the drill held by a chuck is advanced toward the grinding wheel, a flute of the drill at the drill tip is brought into contact with the grinding wheel. The port has alignment stops therein which mate with flats provided on the barrel of the chuck to ensure proper alignment of the chuck and drill relative to the grinding wheel. The stops also limit the extent of inward travel of the chuck and drill to a predetermined distance. A debris or grit collection tube is also provided to be inserted into an unused port of the drill sharpener, to contain and confine any debris or grit attempting to exit the sharpener through the unused port.

The content may include video or text, or maybe links to other content such as broadband content four times sensitive content. Another aspect describes encryption which is keyed to the disk ID to prevent playing oven illegally copied disk. Another aspect reads a specified amount of information then spins down the disk to conserve battery power.
