    摘要: The present invention provides a cationic electrodeposition coating composition which satisfies both stability of paint with time and corrosion resistance when baked at low-temperature. A cationic electrodeposition coating composition comprises:(A) a cationic resin;(B) a low-temperature dissociation type block isocyanate curing agent; and(C) a pigment paste containing a pigment dispersed in a cationic pigment dispersing resin,wherein said cationic pigment grinding resin is prepared by introducing primary amino groups into a hydrophobic resin for pigment dispersion and neutralizing with acid, said hydrophobic resin has an SP value of 10.0 to 11.0, number of amino groups in one molecule is average 1.6 to 4.0, and a weight ratio of component A:B:C is 10 to 88:10 to 50:2 to 50.

    摘要: A cleaning device and a blade which is provided in the cleaning device and which has an edge portion to be pressed against a surface of a photoreceptor, so as to scrape toner are arranged so that: the blade includes (a) a blade main body constituting a main body portion of the blade and (b) a fluorocarbon resin layer formed in an edge portion, which is to make contact with the photoreceptor, of the blade main body, the fluorocarbon resin layer being made of a resin material, the resin material being filled in irregularities of a smooth surface of the blade main body. With this, even when the cleaning device is provided in a high-speed machine using small-particle toner with no corner, it is possible to extend the life of the photoreceptor without reducing a cleaning property.

    摘要: This invention relates to an inorganic colorant, to a paste made from that colorant by dispersing that colorant into a vehicle, and to a water based paint made using either these colorants or pastes. This invention involves an improvement of the dispersibility of the inorganic colorant into a dispersion medium by which that inorganic colorant, having polar groups on its surface, is treated by low temperature plasma polymerization of a substantially non-polar monomer to form a non-polar group on the surface of the inorganic colorant. The inorganic colorants, to which this invention is applied to improve their dispersibility, are of a wide variety of species. According to the invention, due to the great improvement in the dispersibility of the inorganic colorants, the possible range of formulation of inorganic colorant and the dispersion medium is enlarged.
